unfortunately I decided to place an order despite reading the very negative reviews
my garment arrived with a huge split in the fabric at the front - obviously no quality control - the quality was abysmal
to be fair I was refunded reasonably quickly - initially only the purchase price but after sending an email quoting the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 my delivery cost was also refunded - I shouldn’t have had to request this though
Wrap seem to sell really overpriced extremely poor quality goods so I definitely won’t be placing any further orders

I was worried after I bought the tee-shirt online as there seemed to be so many negative reviews.
My purchase arrived swiftly, wrapped in tissue paper. I think that's a nice touch. Also, the returns policy was clear and easy to follow.

I didn't need to return it, however as the tee shirt is a well-made linen staple. I bought it in a Size 10 and it's generously cut, hangs well and the stitching is good. My only niggle is that for a simple linen tee, it's very pricey at £50.

Placed an order without doing my homework. Upon realising that this company was part of that rogue Ahmed's confederacy of dishonesty, I cancelled immediately.

I had never heard of this company until I found a brand new jumper in a charity shop for £4.50 with the label still on. I googled Wrap and couldn't believe the prices, they're so expensive so I was thrilled with my purchase. That's until I wore it. What dreadful quality. Within an hour the sleeves and the body were misshapen and the back was riding up. I'm so glad I only paid a few pounds for it and I feel very sorry for anyone who has paid this company the extortionate prices they're charging. Don't even think about buying from them, you're wasting your money.

I’m really unhappy with Wrap London. I placed an order yesterday and I didn’t receive a confirmation email and the money was not taken from my bank account so I went to check my online account but I wasn’t able to access my account and had to reset my password. I received the email to reset the password and I managed to access my account and the order was not showing so I reordered the item. This morning I checked my bank account and I have been charged twice for the item. I phoned Wrap London and they are refusing to cancel one of the orders, they are insistent that the confirmation emails were sent (I still haven’t received a confirmation for either order and yes I have checked my spam folder). Their only suggestion is that I return one of the orders and get a refund that way - this means that I will be out of pocket until after Christmas. I really would not recommend this company.

I received a catalogue through royal mail, clothes look shapeless and dull. Decided to check reviews on trustpilot which confirmed what my gut had already told me- won't be buying a thing from this company.

I received a catalogue with my name and even an ID profile on it, although I have never ever subscribed to their mailing list or registered.
The company is using an aggressive approach and works through marketing agencies/mail order that buy addresses through unlawfully gathered personal information.
When I tried to complain through online form, I was automatically kept asked for more and more personal info, which should not be the case.
Normal company will establish itself through quality products, not with aggressive marketing, this seems like a scam.

Unscrupulous, unreasonable, and untrustworthy. Quality is poor, clothes shrink, come apart in the wash, and have threads everywhere. Customer service seem completely disinterested, and are actively hostile to customers. I honestly can't say anything good about this company. Save your money!

Nice enough linen trousers, but they do not justify the expense. Do not wash well. Will not pay their extortionate prices again.

Why do Wrap display the same jeans on several pages of their latest catalogue, but when you have ordered a pair you then discover they will arrive in about two months’ time! Seems a bit odd.

No Inventory.
I ordered a dress a month ago, first order with this company, and every 2 weeks get emails that delivery is pushed back another month. Don't waste your money this company can't or won't deliver.

I have successfully ordered from this company before via their website. This time I've tried twice to order one item. I enter all my info including credit card date, but don't get any confirmation message on the order page and no email confirmation. Are they still in business? And what are "they" doing with all my credit card information? This is very disturbing!!!

Once you are on their catalogue mailing list you will be there until the end of time. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their mailing list but the catalogues keep arriving and go straight to the recycling. I have requested about a dozen other companies to remove my name from their lists and all have complied. Not so with Wrap or Poetry, their sister company. This harassment for business creates a very bad impression.

Wrap London flaunt the Distance Selling Regulations by refusing to refund the postage cost of retuned items. Avoid this company like the plague. Terrible and arrogant customer service.

In keeping with the rest of Wrap's consumers, I received an email weeks after my order that dispatch was delayed, Looks like in another month or so I can expect a t-shirt to be mailed, and the email is not clear on the rest of my order. Pretty shoddy service for such "quality" items.

Same experience as the previous reviews here. Ordered three tops, got dispatch email showing all three tops to be delivered. Only one arrived. No email to inform me of what happened with the rest of my order or when I can expect it. I called them and they said I would have the remaining items by Friday. Friday came and went with no delivery. I called again and was told the it’s should be with me by Monday, which is today. Nothing. Clicking on the tracking link to Royal Mail it says there that they haven’t even received the parcel yet. Great!
They charge £4.95 for delivery which for the order value is already an outrage and they don’t deliver but lie to the customers. Steer well clear of them!

Nice products if they arrive. Customer service is dreadful: rude and unhelpful. Still waiting for a pair of shoes ordered over 10 days ago with no communication from the company. The clothes are extremely expensive but the service is bargain basement level. Very disappointed.
