The worst company to use for hosting or any service
The worst company to use for hosting, mailing, domain and any website-related service. DO NOT take their services. They can suspend any website anytime and complete account all of a sudden. They are not customer centric and operate as a bad hosting provider.
Your business data or any other service is not at all safe with them.
They provide monthly service and without notice your website, mail service or any service can be down. I have suffered big loss due to their unprofessional activities. They put my all emails down in just seconds and their staff also does not have information about the issues going on inside their company. Please take all your data off and have backups else you will have to suffer later. They can disable your account anytime. It is a soft warning from my side

Your account was not suspended or terminated without notice. Before taking any action, we contacted you multiple times regarding credible abuse reports concerning one of the websites hosted on your account, provided multiple opportunities for you to respond, and carefully assessed the information available to us before reaching our final decision.
After receiving an additional abuse report concerning the same website and obtaining further information, we concluded that we could no longer continue providing services for your account in accordance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Although we made the decision to close the account, we still provided time for you to retrieve your data and transition your services.
We take reports of fraud and abuse seriously. Following repeated communication and a thorough assessment of the information available to us, we stand by our decision to terminate the account.
We wish you all the best moving forward.

$1000pa Membership automatically added to cart without my asking!
Having spent the best part of half a day looking at their website, I decided to test their service by selecting the Gamma MU plan (200+ sites, 4 GB, 2 HF-vCPU, 105 GB) for $45pcm (cancel any time). I clicked the "Get Started" button and was requested to create an account. After creating the account, I was taken directly to the "Enter your card details" page. I almost entered our card details when I noticed the cart value was "Paying today: Membership until May 6, 2027 - $1000".
I thought I had made a mistake. I logged out, went back to the unlimited-hosting page, selected the plan, created another new account, and again a $1000 membership fee was added to the cart.
I logged out once more, returned to the unlimited-hosting page, and hovered my mouse over all the "Get Started" buttons. Each one points to a URL for their $1000 per annum membership. This is not what I wanted.
At no point on the web page for unlimited hosting does it state that a $1000 annual membership is required until you scroll past the pricing tiers section, where there is a small banner stating "Unlimited Hosting is included with WPMU DEV Premium - the operating system for agencies," which is purposely placed below the fold.
That is a shady misselling practice in my opinion. Even the dedicated servers are set up in a way that automatically sets you up for a $1000 annual fee, before you can even select what you actually wanted to buy.
Only when you have logged into the /hub2/ is it made clear.
So this is a no for me.

Was a great platform for its time, but the prices keep getting hiked and ultimately it was them not honoring grandfathered pricing.
Now, customer service is exceptional, its probably the only reason the founders still have a business.
