I have bought the ring for my girlfriend, waited 3weeks for it to be delivered, but i tought it looks pretty, everything is good. In 4 days i was dissapointed. Her finger started to be green and ring started to get scared and all of that "steering silver" got yellow in no time. Paid 60€ for a scam please do not buy this it is a waste of money and great dissapointment!
I have been eyeing off the Serenity Sliding worry ring for months and finally bought it for myself. I was instantly disappointed when it came in the mail. The colour is a burnt orange rather than gold plating. I received a packet of SHEIN rings that looked closer to my real gold rings than this one did. Looks incredibly cheap, feels incredibly cheap and I am quite disappointed that I cant receive a refund, only store credit due to purchasing with After-pay. I can’t say Im too keen on exchanging a product after seeing how cheap it’s made. Save your money for something special

Impossible to get a refund for cheap & nasty jewellery quality. Had to get PayPal to intervene who processed straight away. Worry Rings told me they couldn’t refund me because even though AusPost had delivered to their PO Box their courier hadn’t brought it from their PO Box to their warehouse— then stopped responding altogether. PLEASE spend your money elsewhere, like in Etsy, where makers actually care!
The items are nothing more than $2 Christmas cracker trinkets. The quality is awful, they state you can return with 14 days, do not make it easy to find out how to go about this, don't respond to emails and remove FB posts. Absolute rip-off.
