Very poor experience!!
. Booking was not confirmed despite repeated calls.
. Several promised call-backs, including from a supervisor, never happened.
. Asked to pay £50 extra for another option with an additional bag I did not need.
. After my formal complaint, they refunded me in full within 48 hours.
. I then booked directly with EgyptAir and received the e-ticket immediately.
. The direct booking already included the additional return bag they wanted me to pay extra ,than the original site , for.
. Wasted most of my day off chasing this. Completely unnecessary stress.

Poor communication and poor handling. I would book directly with the airline.

I confirm I received the full refund.
However, I don’t agree with the explanation.
- Days later, I booked the same flights directly with the airline without any availability issue.
- Your company was still advertising the same flights.
- I was asked for £50 extra, making your offer more expensive than booking directly.
- I was also given a different explanation over the phone relating to the situation in the Middle East.

I appreciate the refund, but the way this booking was handled caused unnecessary stress and wasted my day off. My review remains unchanged.

I was sceptical at first didn’t know if this was some dodgy site because they had the best deal in terms of tickets to Australia but everything went smoothly. Got my ticket booked and Aamira walked us through the whole booking process and kept everything up to date including seat booking for our flights and travel insurance aswell. She even checked up on us as the date got closer, was thoroughly impressed will recommend this to everyone.

I faced a few issues and some delays with my booking, which caused a bit of uncertainty as my travel date was approaching.

However, **Rahul was very helpful throughout the final stages and made sure the issue was resolved properly.** He arranged an alternative booking with another airline on almost the same travel dates, which I really appreciated.

The way they operate is exactly as described by others; take a booking and your money, then bully to change the date because this fantastic price they displayed to get your money is not available. It's bad enough they secure the booking based on false pricing, but then getting the money back involved over a week's worth of hassle and a threat of police report of fraud and a small claims court. I have multiple written confirmations of the booking being eventually cancelled, to then be told it wasn't. I have also been told and written to confirming that they processed a refund and it's my credit card provider's fault the money hadn't reach my account yet, to later prove they never processed the refund. I've never heard so many lies in my life. Best part was when they eventually called and offered the original ticket at the original price when I was at a point of submitting my small claims court documentation.... I thought I will fall off the chair laughing. The level of their desperation is beyond belief. I am still waiting for the refund which they claim was processed and provided a partial screenshot of it (proving they lied about processing it a week ago....). Still no money back, but I'll give it a few days before simply going to police, claiming it via credit card and suing. They need to be taught a lesson, particularly as their 'director' appears to be an accountant by profession.... SHOCKING

they are advertising wrong prices and they can not provide tickets
