World Tour Store Recenzje

I had a great experience with customer service, especially with Sandy.he was very helpful, patient, and made the ticket booking process smooth and easy. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and quick responses.

Very pleased with the service I received with both my initial booking (from Raj) and with a follow-up query (from Bhavna Dutt). Confirmation of my ticket came through promptly and my seat selection was handled most efficiently. Thank you!

This website is a scam, trying to make extra money by increasing the price of the original fare and requesting payment via dodgy links/bank transfer to personal bank account even though payment was already made via credit card. Why request payment via a link when the customer has already made payment via credit card. BEWARE of this dodgy company . The first reviews shown on the website are probably fake ones as well.

I’m very delighted with Bhavna Dutt, I received a phone call from Bhavna regarding my booking flights, just a reminder if I received my E-tickets, which I received a month ago.
It was a nice touch to get that call for a reminder, also the booking can be adjusted.
But I was all good with the booking, however I needed help with seat bookings, Bhavna helped me and sorted very quickly, and now I can relax not worry about seat bookings.
Outstanding customer satisfaction!!!
Thank you!!

Very good service & Bhavna & Raj are both very sported. Very good experience ..thanks

Hi World Tour Team,
I wanted to share some feedback about the fantastic experience I just had booking tickets to Pakistan with Yash.
Navigating different fares and destinations can usually be quite stressful, but Yash made the entire process incredibly smooth. He was extremely patient, helpful, and went completely above and beyond his role. I deeply appreciated how transparent he was in all his explanations regarding the different options available to me.
Employees like Yash are rare, and his outstanding customer service really stood out. Please pass along my sincere thanks to him—he is an absolute asset to World Tour!

I was making a booking online but did not seem to complete. So I called the contact center and spoke to Sandy. he was very helpful in giving assistance to make sure that the booking was completed successfully. Explaining why the process had failed and need to be assisted. Sandy was very polite and listened to my questions and answered them fully and gave reassurance that booking will be completed and kept me informed, at all the stages. Sandy stayed on there call whilst we waited for are the email process and confirmations to be completed. Thank you for your help and assistance, very much appreciated.

I dealt with Ash who was amazing 100/10 service for everything! He went over and beyond to make sure I got the right tickets and times I was after. Will defo be going back to him again! Thankyou Ash ❤️

Bhavna gave a wonderful and swift response in dealing with issues regarding my flight booking. She was so helpful.

I had a really good experience with World Tour Store. Raj and Bhavna were both very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process. They were always available to answer my questions and explained everything clearly.

I had a few concerns and questions about my booking, but they were patient and supportive and helped me sort everything out. I really appreciate the way they handled everything and kept me updated.

Thank you, Raj and Bhavna, for your help and great customer service. I’m happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend World Tour Service to others.

I choose World Tour Store for my flight to Sydney. Initially i was skeptical however after talking to Sandy, i felt relaxed. He, not only helped me in confirming the same flight however also helped me to add Flexibility and extra Luggage.

Will recommend World Tour Store to my family and friends.

The ticket price ticket is reasonable and received my confirmation and ticket early. The customer service received is very good from Bhavna dutt. I have introduced my friend and he has bought ticket from you.

BHAVNA DUTT was very polite and professional.

Extremely Dishonest Booking Trap! Extorting More Money After Taking Payment—Avoid at All Costs!

Booking a flight on this website was easily the most repulsive and appalling consumer experience I have ever had.

Their signature tactic is using a cheap ticket price to lure you into paying. However, just when you think the booking is complete and you are excited to plan your trip, they send you a notification one or two days after taking your money, claiming there was a "system error" and that they cannot issue your original ticket.

They then present you with three completely unacceptable options:

Disguised Extortion: Forcing you to pay extra to secure the flight you originally booked (e.g., forcing you to pay for a price markup to upgrade an originally non-refundable ticket to a flexible ticket just to issue it).

Forced Downgrade: Offering utterly unreasonable alternative options that serve only to cut their own costs (e.g., forcing you to change a weekend booking to a weekday flight).

Helpless Refund: If you refuse to comply, your booking is canceled and you are left waiting for a full refund, having completely wasted your time and compromised your travel plans.

Taking people's money, holding their funds hostage for days, and then claiming the ticket cannot be issued unless they pay more or accept a severe downgrade is an utterly disgusting and unethical business practice.

Moving forward, even if I have no other choice left, I will never use this website’s services again. I will also make sure to share this real experience with all my friends and family and strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this site.

An easy booking experience with friendly staff and competitive pricing. Everything slotted into place for us, thank you.

SUKSHAM WAS GOOD AND ABLE TO BOOK THE FLIGHTS FOR US
