I've taken the daily supplements for about a month now.

The first few days, my appetite decreased. I ate only 1 or 2 meals a day and felt fully satisfied. I know this was from the influx of nutrition that my body was receiving.

After a few days of my body getting used to its new nutritional levels, my appetite began to come back, but without the cravings for a snack all day long.

I almost didn't notice the change in my energy levels because it felt so natural.
