First and foremost, great great great customer service. I booked tickets for my parents from India to Canada from World Path Travel. I initiated the communication with them via facebook chat. I was talking with representative named Tarun Sharma. He was so helpful and knowledgeable that entire process of finding flight and booking was effortless for me. He answered all my questions and I was so satisfied with them. Throughout the call he was so interested to know my requirements and was helpful to find the best flights for me. He explained entire process in a smooth way and all my concerns about payment in a satisfactory manner. He also walk me through the transit visa requirements at the stopover.
