INSTRUCTIONS- reasonable in total assessment; great regarding order of process but diagrams cluttered & significance of tension rope helping plates settle into alignment not explained as initially the plates would not sit so as to be able to use the pin to adjust the weight- we thought we had done something wrong
Machine-in a word brilliant; smooth & very versatile; has reduced time needed to perform certain exercises & increased the variety

Excellent quality product easy to assemble and considering how bulky the packaging was the delivery time was great.

Very happy with purchase and decision to go for the more expensive slate barbell - very solid, spins freely and hopefully lasts forever. Weight plates are as expected although I still have the new rubber smell several months in despite having cleaned them - I suspect however this is no different from any other rubber plates. Easy and smooth collection process - will use again.

Product was shipped in 4 separate packages and 1 has gone missing. Took courier 2 weeks to deliver from Melbourne to Sydney, and I'm still missing a package which means that can't build the product. I understand that it wasn't the fault of WFA, as they'd shipped on time, but the fact that they are not willing to assist with refunding me the $70 freight charge for the inconvenience really demonstrated that they are simply box movers and not concerned about customer service nor customer care. I have spent hours calling and chasing my delivery over the past 2 weeks with the courier and I still only have 3 packages. WFA is refusing to ask their courier to refund the freight cost, because it would jeopardise their future relationship. Thanks for your lack of support and care.

Sold me a bike that has major design fault, patch fixed it until warranty expired. I had said I wanted to return as a believed it was a poor product but was told I would have to send back to Melbourne. Of course they offer free delivery to purchase. I cannot give review on Facebook to warn other customers it circles back. I doubt if I can visit when I go. Don’t buy here.

Recently purchased a Marcy Roman Chair from this business and this product by the way it was designed was impossible to use, to the point of causing injury. I voiced my complaint over the phone to a staff member from this business about the design of the product they sell and how it's impossible to use and their response was I can see the product design in the description before buying, therefore implying I am somehow at fault here. It's obvious from my experience here, the use of the product did not match its online description. How can I trust them for any other products they sell, if the product I purchased, it didn't work as described.

Canned email messages, non-delivery of paid order.
I ordered wrist straps and have been receiving canned email messages asking me to contact them at a number that never picks up. Will demand a refund. Absolute rubbish. Waste of time and money.

I had ordered the Body Weight Gym from World Fitness for my sons birthday. Unfortunately, the product arrived and the frame was bent and cannot be used. It has been six weeks since my original order was placed and I have still not received a replacement part or new equipment, with World Fitness blaming the equipment supplier and then the courier company. I have made several calls and have sent emails trying to get an outcome, however, I continue to get delayed responses that communicate the same runaround with a complete lack of ownership from World Fitness. It does not seem fair at all that I am out of pocket for goods that cannot be used, however, they are happy to retain my money and not offer a refund or alternative solution. At the end of the day, this was a birthday present for my son back in October, it is now November! I understand that at times faulty goods and delivery mishaps can occur, however, the lack of care, follow-up and solution from World Fitness indicates the incredibly low level of customer service that this company provides. Still waiting!

Haven’t built the hone gym we bought yet, but 10/10 for speed. ordered monday arrived thursday! can’t wait to build it.

Absolutely in love with this machine. It fulfils all my needs for a complete body workout. Happy using this every morning. Had to call professionals to install it safely and securely. Price is a little high but I think it is worth it because this is a pin- loaded machine that hardly takes up space and no hassle with loading plates etc. Dealing with the company was super pleasant as well. Highly recommend!
