I thought I was calling Brussles Airlines to cancel a ticket. The lady who answered, purported to work for Brussles Airline, but instead she worked for World Best Travel. Not sure how I got throught to her when I called Brussels Airline. She was able to cancel the ticket, received my full refund, and then she offered me cheaper tickets. This was attractive BUT then teh disastaer started. Her colleague called me a few days later to issue me with my E-Tickets but advised they could not provide me with the flight nor the dates nor the price I had paid for. They then issued me with other tickets, but provided me with no luggage allowance, albeit that I had paid for luggage. I could not "Manage my Booking" via the airline app because the booking reference number was not recognised. I had to phone World Best Travel. They were always rude on the phone. Their heavy foreign accents made their English impossible to understand. Would NEVER use them again. Would NEVER recommend them. VERY poor customer service. WORST travel company to deal with. EXTREMELY bad experience!

They scammed me out of £1,229 when I thought I had booked a flight, they kept telling me my credit card was blocked, this went on for about 3/4 of an hour! Then I made the worst decision ever, I used my debt card.!!! No tickets arrived,I phoned and listened to a lot of waffle, still no tickets phoned again and they hung up, then stopped anwering my calls. This company still has my hard earned money....

Really disappointed as i got involved with these criminals via Skyscanner and Travel Trolley. I have used Skyscanner many times but not encountered the scam where buy money was taken for Virgin Atlantic tickets in November and no tickets arrived despite some very official locking documentation confirming reservation of the flight. The day before the flight i rang what i thought was Travel Trolly to speak to Preet who sold tickets and was put through. He told me that the payment had gone through but that it had not been completed at reservation stage and the only way we could get on the flight the next day was for the company to refund the money which we had paid and to pay again. The refund unfortunately would take 3 - 5 working days and the new tickets would be with us for 12 noon. In desperation my daughter put this money on her card as the tickets were for two children to avoid the whole family missing out. \yep you guessed it at 12 no tickets and when i rang the reservation number provided by Preet I was told that he no longer worked for the company and had left 4 days after I booked first reservation. I argued that if this was the case how was i put through to Preet and i was asked if the person i spoke with sounded like the person I spoke to back in November. In short from 9:00am until 6pm I was trying to get tickets for my children which apparently had now gone up and the company wanted a further £800 lol not on your life. Eventually this got down to £400 which I still declined and we ended up having to book very expensive tickets again with Virgin which was nearly £2000 and reporting the whole scam to my daughter credit card company to chase back nearly £3000. Just to warn others i noted during calls that each person that called back used numbers from World Best Travel, Travelle, Budget Airline, Travel Trolley. All staff were well aware of this mysterious Preet but have not seen fit to report him avoid these scammers if i had not watched various Rip Off Britain type shows they may have got more just because we were desperate.
