WorkMotion came as a solution to that problem and provided the service of formally hiring me and leasing to that company. It is called "Employer of Records" model. The hiring process was seamless and the Customer Support was always there to answer my questions and help me out. We signed the papers through e-signature, and that was really convenient.

Our company works with WorkMotion to hire employees abroad and it has completely changed our remote work possibilities as an international company.
