Few tech problems but the onboarding team very supportive and after a month with them they reached out n asked me how I like working there. So I wrote an email what I find difficult and they called me to sort it out and thanked me for my work and bookings I took!!! Very helpful and positive:) I feel that not only clients but also employees are valued:) Finally I found a company that values interpreters!!!
I had never had this positive feedback in LLS where I worked for 10 years!!!!
Waste of time u get notifications for bookings but when u log into the app theirs nothing available they then go and block u on app because u havent picked any booking,dont waste your time u wont be making money but be losing out by paying £60 for dbs check and not get any booking.

You basically won't be making money with them, you might actually lose some that way!

Those bad reviews are an absolute joke, people. Be a decent professional. Show up to your bookings. Stop finding excuses and wanting to get paid when you're not holding up YOUR end of the contract. Get real. I am currently working part time for a post-production vendor that DOES NOT PAY their freelancers and who has been in arrears with them for over a year! This is not the case at all with Word360. Their financial side is so performant it's actually mind blowing. FIRST you do not even need to create your own invoice - it's done on their platform directly with a couple clicks - SECOND any jobs you forgot to invoice, THEY remind you - THIRD- they pay every month. Yes. Every MONTH!! (definitely not the standard if you know, you know!) FOURTH - Any issue, they are one phone call/ quick email response away. They are the most honest client I have ever contracted with - and that is through years of experience as a bilingual transciptionnist, captionnist and subtitle editor. I really love working from them, so much so that I am seriously considering making interpreting my career. So forever grateful for this opportunity which was made possible thanks to India from HR/recruiting. The work itself is absolutely fulfilling and rewarding. A truly life-changing opportunity. Don't let it slip. Much love

I registered and re registered with them many times throughout the last few years. They say they got plent of jobs near your Town or postcode bht then they offered one or two far far away for a pittance. They have norhing to offer. Avoid.

I have decided to apply for a job with them in June this year. After the initial training and completing all the paperwork I have paid my £60 fee for obtaining an Enhanced DBS, then the last step was to obtain the references and that’s where all the trouble has started. They’ve been luring me for almost 2 months about the references. I’ve been actively in touch with them on daily basis and they haven’t done anything.
I waited another month. There was no response from anyone, which I anticipated was due to the fact it was the summer holiday period. In September the HR has contacted me and apologised for her lack of input in my case. We discussed the particulars and I was told to wait another week because the CEO was away. One week has become two weeks of waiting and I still had no response finally just gave up and was totally resigned from further pursuing of the aforementioned-opportunity. Their relationship wasn’t leaving much to be desired for and on reflection-I’m actually glad I don’t work for them. At the end it turned out that the agency completing the enhanced DBS check is an “Umbrella” company, that charges you £60 for it, where it normally costs £20. I’ve been struggling to recover my refund for over three weeks despite their reassurances. I have had the greatest aspirations and experience and this whole occurrence with Word360 was a very unprofessional one. I would personally NOT recommend them.
I really enjoy working for Word360. I have been working for them for two years now! They are very organised, and I love how efficiently everything is managed. Whenever an issue comes up, they sort it out quickly and professionally. It’s a great company to work with!

Also, apart from the Submit button for Face to Face bookings, there is another Send button, designed to mislead the interpreters for them to forget to send the Timesheet so they could deduct 5 pounds for each booking
Completely rubbish as this company try to squeeze the salary of experienced interpreter.
They only offer the lowest pay rate to interpreter and delete the account of the interpreter who declined the job due to low salary.
As a result, the experienced interpreter left/ were deleted and you can imagine how the quality is.
I’m very grateful for Mrs. Adina Marastean’s help as my translator. She was not only professional but also kind and supportive, which made me feel safe and understood. I truly recommend her! 🤩

We recently used Word360 for the first time, and they were absolutely fantastic. Their team was thorough, responsive, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They even went the extra mile and spotted that I had missed a page in my document—something I truly appreciated! Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were impressive. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of accurate and reliable translations. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Word360, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. I was booked a two-hour session interpreting session, and they left me waiting for 45 minutes with no update. In the end, not only did they refuse to pay my money, but they also falsely claimed that the service provider had called me and I didn’t answer.
I went back and forth with them for weeks, sending emails and providing screenshots proving that no one ever called me. After all that effort, their final response was basically: We won’t refund you. Another interpreter got the call.
This is nothing short of a scam. On top of their insultingly low pay rates, this experience shows how little they care about their interpreters. Avoid Word360 at all costs unless you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and robbed.
They register you saying plenty of jobs in your area but keep sending jobs too far.

They want to charge the interpreter £65 for a DBS check when it costs £18. Aside of the payment rate that they have which is £17 for the first hour that also includes travel costs, and every hour after that is £10. They pay £0.21p a minute for phone translations. On top of all that they want the interpreter to work as a self employed freelancer!! Can’t believe how shameless this company is.
I have worked for them. Honestly, they are not bad. They are probably among the best in the field, BUT there are many things they need to improve on. E.g:
Integration with Google calendar
Pay
Support on weekends
Tell what bookings overlap before confirming
Parking as someplace you have to pay but are told not to

As a GP translation services are vital for my work. I have experienced a number of other providers over the years but Word360 are hands down the best I've used.
The best thing? IT JUST WORKS! Dial the number, enter the codes and you have a polite and capable translator on the line and then can easily dial in the patient. No need to pre-book.
Asked for translations on Tuesday and they were back with us by Wednesday, excellent service from Anita and Amy, we will be using them again :)
