I was SUPER impressed with the service of Woonona Petfoods! I realised Wednesday morning that I would need an order of dog food. Usually they deliver on Wednesday to my area. So, I ordered on Wednesday morning thinking I missed the delivery cut-off and I would need to wait a week. To my delight, Wednesday afternoon, I see a delivery waiting at the door for me.

I also leave the styrofoam box for the previous order for the team to re-use and it was collected.

I was very happy and it meant I did not need to get an emergency stock of food somewhere else at a higher price.

The staff at Woonona Petfoods are always extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, even the owner went out of his way to speak to me and explain how to properly install the fencing equipment I purchased. The product range is also fabulous and the shelves are always stocked. They have competitive pricing too which is an added bonus during these harder economic times.
