Woodward Solicitors Recenzje

no problems at all
all went smoothly
Lucy kept me informed from start to finish and answered any questions i had, would use again 100%

Completely happy with the service and professionalism provided by Woodward solicitors, especially Beth Wilcock. Communication was excellent all throughout our sale/purchase and Beth really did go above and beyond to ensure we completed to our deadline. Nothing was ever too much for Beth. Could not recommend these any higher.

Fantastic experience with woodward solicitors for our house move, abbie Lee was our case handler and was amazing, going above and beyond, and answering any queries in a timely manner.

Woodwards solicitors were excellent in the sale of our bungalow, a special mention goes to Suzanne Alder who was excellent and always ready to answer questions if needed, she was very professional, would always recommend Woodwards solicitors.

Dealt with the sale of my house with ease. Pushed the sale through in a very quick time, completed every step with ease and informed me of every process completed. Great job from a hardworking team and will definitely be recommending to others

Faultless from start to finish. Thanks to Rebekah we were able to complete on an investment property, bought at auction, within 6 weeks! I cannot thank you enough and I will certainly be recommending Woodward’s to everyone! Thanks to Darren and team for everything as well, much appreciated!

Great Team, including Megan & Caitlin at the early stages from agreeing the house purchase, to Lisa and Rachael 'getting the job done', completing in a matter of weeks, rather than several months as with previous conveyancing experiences. Overcoming potential external delays i.e. Local Authority Searches backlog, with a suitable indemnity. Also ensuring our interests were adequately protected where certain legal / technical matters on the house were vague / ambiguous. The Hoowla app was also really helpful, keeping the updates flowing. We will definitely be using the Woodward's Team again.

Would like to give a 5*rating to Mr Stewart Limerick who has been courteous, professional and helpful with the sale of our house thank you.

Matthew Stead at Woodward Solicitors was very professional and knowledgeable.
The Solicitors on the other side were an online Solicitors, they didn't have clue what they were doing, I had to keep bothering Matthew to help with what they were supposed to have done.
Thank you Matthew you are a star.

I would like to give a 5* review to Lucy Partington at the Wigan branch of Woodward Solicitors. I cannot praise her enough for her services in the buying and selling of my properties. She was always available to answer my queries and although the buying of my current home was not straight forward, I found the whole process stress free and would not hesitate in recommending her personally and Woodward Solicitors.

We have just completed the sale of our family home and the purchase of a new one. There were a few issues at first, but once the management of the case was handed over to Lydia things ran more smoothly. She was a delight to work with and is a credit to Woodwards - she is friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Woodwards to family and friends.

We have just completed the sale of my fathers house which has been emotional but dealing with Stewart has been great. Very supportive and ensured the whole process has gone as smooth as possible. Would defo use again and their prices are very competitive although I would have paid more for such great service

First class service all the way through our house sale thank you robin

The Internet system once you got the hang of it is great for communications.
Angela, Danielle and Hannah of the Ormskirk branch ensured that one always picked up and responded to questions. Thanks very much.

Easy to use internet based system that worked well and when necessary easy access and quick response from the conveyancing handler. Can't fault it.

It is the first time I have used this Solicitors and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody .
The customer service given by Abbi Lee was First Class she was extremely helpful every step of the way and any concerns with my transaction were dealt with quickly and very efficiently .

Fantastic service provided by Andrew Crabtree on a potential property dispute. Very helpful, empathetic and clear.

i had such a difficult time in getting my mortgage, it took so long to get all sorted. once Robyn was instructed to complete within such a short time scale, she went above and beyond for me to get it completed- and that she did!!
thank you all at Woodwards, amazing service- thank you

I had to sell my partner's house when he died so it was a very traumatic and difficult time. I used Woodward Solicitors for this. I had to obtain probate before I could sell the house and Woodward were so helpful with that as well as the actual sale. These transactions are inherently stressful anyway and at times like mine the stress could have been overwhelming. I could not have survived this process had it not been for the sympathy, and co-operation and understanding that everyone at Woodward has shown me. I cannot praise enough the way I was guided through this unfamiliar situation and I can heartily recommend Woodward Solicitors for that. I had contact with several people at Woodward over the weeks and all were splendid but I would like particularly to mention Megan Retford who was my first contact and who guided me through the early stages and Lucy Partington who carried the process to completion. I thank them all.

We had a great experience using Woodwards Solicitors. The Hoowla system shows where everything is up to in the process and Beth especially was so lovely and kept us informed at all stages. She was a pleasure to deal with.
