The level of customer service is outstanding, rarely do you find nowadays staff who are genuinely engaged and engaging.The rapidity of the delivery was just what I needed as I didn't have a bed on moving in day ! The delivery team were so curtious.Overall the quality of the product and the whole experience was exceptional.I will always return to Woods for all of my furnishing needs in the future.

Lovely store with good quality items which are easy to assemble, we purchased the Rubix corner and low bench in grey and the Jupiter dark oak 150cm dining table. The customer service was great on first contact, with an advisor showing items in the show room when enquiries were made - however customer service was poor and quite unhelpful upon attempting to return the first table we ordered.

Lovely showroom. Bev the sales assistant was very helpful and Mark and his partner were prompt with the delivery and very efficient.

I had a wonderful experience with Woods Furniture. I popped in for a browse on a Sunday afternoon just after the Castlepoint store opened, and left having ordered a sofa and armchair that I’d fallen in love with! The 20% off offer for the opening week was also irresistible and meant I got a really good deal. Bev Jones was a wonderful salesperson, friendly, professional and informative - an absolute credit to the store.

The furniture was delivered within two weeks. It would have been sooner as I received a phone call to say they would be in my area a few days after ordering and did I want it sooner? Unfortunately I was in the middle of moving house and so asked them to deliver the following week, which was no problem for them.

The delivery team were fantastic; punctual, polite and careful. All in all it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience, and has made me a confirmed Woods fan! I absolutely adore my new furniture and would wholeheartedly recommend the store and their sales associates to anyone who is looking for a fuss-free, friendly service.

I was wandering past the shop when some chairs caught my eye and even better, they were discounted! Eliza helped me take them off the display stand so I could try them out and I was happy to buy them.
I was initially a little disappointed that I couldn't take them with me, but the courier nearly beat me home to Essex.

I purchased the Metal Bowl Tray in the Brass Finish recently and I'm so happy with it. The brass finish looks lovely and gives it a nice, understated look without being too shiny. It feels solid and well made, and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for.

I'm currently using it under a large, heavy pottery vase filled with tall branches, and it's been perfect for protecting the surface underneath while also making the whole display look more finished. It's a good size and feels sturdy enough to support the weight without any issues.

I also had a really lovely follow-up chat with Anya from Woods Furniture after my purchase, which was a nice personal touch and made the whole experience feel that bit more special.

Overall, it's one of those simple pieces that really pulls a space together, and I'm very pleased with both the product and the service. I'd definitely recommend it.

Such a wonderful shop to browse around in Dorchester or in Bournemouth.
I bought a lovely 6 drawer chest which fits perfectly into my room. Super easy to pick up from the Dorchester warehouse. I'm sure I'll shop again soon as the staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable.

Friendly team and quick smooth delivery process

Brilliant, friendly and very knowledgeable service from Beverley. Delivery was excellent, very careful and helpful. The table and chairs I purchased look beautiful and receives lots of compliments. The store is perfectly laid out, with lots of beautiful items. I would definitely go back if I ever need anything but I would look for Beverly as I think she went above and beyond to make our experience great.

Local furniture supplier with good showrooms and range of stock. Can be expensive but good quality. The most recent purchase had one of the four legs loose. I didn't immediately discover it - relying on their £99 'White glove' service. Once I made them aware they engaged a very good independent technician who sorted it out swiftly and they reimbursed the cost.

We really valued the personal service that Woods gave us, keeping us up to date with progress on production and delivery of our Ercol snuggler/sofa when it was delayed and always promptly answering any queries. When we noticed the scatter cushion was missing they diligently searched the warehouse and ordered a replacement (FOC) when it wasn’t found. I’m so pleased we were able to go the shop, try out the sofa and speak to an actual person face to face - so much better than ordering on line!

Jake was very helpful while I was thinking about purchasing, and in planning my delivery once I had decided to go ahead. The delivery men were polite, helpful, kept me updated and had my lovely new Milan dining table assembled in no time. All in new condition and lovely quality. Very happy with my purchase 😀

Ordered a corner dining bench and table set.
Sadly the table arrived broken.
Was dealt with quickly by Anya, who arranged a replacement and collection.
I am delighted to say that the set once assembled all together, it is a lovely piece of quality furniture.
