I honestly cannot recommend this company after my experience with the Tan Aeroflex Performance Suit.
Before the suit was made, I contacted customer service specifically because I had only entered some of my measurements. I explained that I wanted someone to help walk me through the measurement process so that the suit would actually be tailored correctly to me.
I was told to go to a tailor and have my measurements professionally taken. I replied and made it clear that I was going to do exactly that. However, before I even had the opportunity to send those measurements, they shipped the suit anyway.
So what exactly was the point of discussing a tailored fit with me?
On top of the cost of the suit, I then had to pay approximately $40 in customs and fees just to receive it. When it arrived, the fit was absolutely dreadful. It is far too big and certainly does not feel like something that was tailored or made to my measurements.
The most frustrating part is that the material itself actually feels great. Unfortunately, that is about the only positive thing I can say.
Customer service throughout this experience has been practically non-existent. Jenny was the only person communicating with me, and despite me clearly explaining the situation, I received zero meaningful help or resolution.
I backed/bought this expecting a properly fitted performance suit and instead I have spent all this money, paid additional customs charges, and ended up with a suit that I cannot properly wear.
I will also be sharing my experience on Kickstarter, because other backers should know that my experience of the supposed tailoring/made-to-measure process was nothing like what I expected.
Great material, terrible execution, terrible communication and an extremely disappointing customer experience.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Backed the company on kickstarter for a jacket. First jacket arrived and fit horribly. They were great about making another, asking for photos, etc, but the second jacket was also ill fitting. After that, I was informed they would not be able to get a correct fit. In fairness, they did offer me my money back when I asked at that point but they want me to pay the shipping costs to return the two poorly made jackets. In the end, I’m out time, money, and don’t have a jacket. Don’t waste your time.

Fit on pants wasn't even close. There is no way to return them and/or get a refund or contact a person at Woodies to discuss this. Their site asked for a photo of the fit, and said they would remake and resend the pants based on the photo.

I recently ordered a heather blue performance shirt from Woodie's Clothing, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The shirt was tailor-made to my exact body dimensions, and the fit is absolutely perfect. The fabric feels amazing—soft, comfortable, and high-quality. Plus, the wrinkle- and stain-resistant features make it incredibly practical for daily wear.

It not only looks great but also gives me the confidence of wearing something that’s designed just for me. I highly recommend Woodie's Clothing to anyone looking for premium, custom-fit shirts. I’m already planning my next order!

A solid company. I've read a lot of (older) reviews here talking about how Woodies takes forever to fulfill orders. I'm a newer customer (began buying from them in 2024), and in my experience their speed is on point. Two weeks to get a custom made shirt.
The shirts themselves are very nicely tailored.
I do wish they would offer more patterns/styles (like Ledbury, for example), but saying that is actually a back-handed compliment!
Try them out if you're on the fence. It's hard to get custom made anything in this price range, and their performance fabric is quite nice. Recommended!

I really enjoy the Woodies apparel. The performance chinos are my favorite - they look good enough for business professional meetings, are super comfortable, and of course, are custom made. I've started to purchase some of their performance shirts which are great as well.

My husband has ordered shirts, pants and jackets from Woodies clothing- practically his whole wardrobe. He has been wearing Woodies for years and loves the customized fit. Clothes come quickly and quality is fantastic. The performance fabrics are his favorites and they look great right out of the dryer. Highly recommend!

I've been ordering my dress shirts and pants from Woodies for several years now. The pants and shirts I have are still in great condition! Clothes I've ordered from other companies don't seem to last more than a year or two before they start to wear down.

In my experience, the customer service has always been very helpful. I have recommended Woodies to my friends and family and they have had good experiences as well.

I really like their performance shirt 2.0, I come back from work and many times don't change out of them because they are so comfortable!

I have bought many shirts and even jeans from Woodies. Probably about 10 items from them. The quality is very good, and the fit is excellent (of course). Because it's custom fit, you can get it sized perfectly for you and then just keep that size for everything you buy in the future. And the funny thing is, I have tried other custom fit online men's clothing sites and even so, Woodies just seems to fit me better. For example, I've purchased from Paper Cloth and it just never fits my body type as well! Woodies is a a solid choice. And if something doesn't fit right, they will redo it for you. Good quality stuff and good customer service.

I have bought quite a few Woodie’s items of clothing, especially shirts for work, but also pants, shorts, jeans, and jackets. have gotten to the point where I only wear their shirts to work. I especially like their Easy-Care shirts. They custom-make the clothing which works well for someone like me who needs tall / long shirts. Prices are reasonable, too.

I've been buying from Woodies for almost 10 years now and I still wear shirts from my first purchase! The clothing is comfortable, fits perfectly and lasts for a long time. I've been very impressed and I continue to buy from them because I know I will have clothing that fits perfectly and if it doesn't, I send it back and they update it for me.

I’ve been dealing with Woodies Clothing since one of their first performance shirt kickstarters.. I’ve had great experience with them and the final products are great.. I’ve recommended to friends and family and they are true to their word for replacing items if the fit isn’t perfect. Once it’s all dialed in it’s super easy to order other clothes after as the measurements are perfect for you. I’ve got their suit and lots of shirts.

I have been a fan of Woodies since their inaugural Kickstarter campaign. Just this morning I realized how much of my wardrobe consists of Woodies products (shirts, pants, blazers, jeans, jackets ...), and got excited when I remembered an item I ordered a couple of weeks ago will be delivered tomorrow. The few concerns I've had over the years have been resolved quickly, fairly, and with fantastic customer service. They release new articles and new fabrics often, and although not everything they make suits my style, I can always find something that makes me happy. And my custom-made Woodies clothing fits me just right, which makes me look good and boosts my confidence. Please keep the good stuff coming!
