Great offer and price

Great offer and price. Informed promptly about a supply issue. Offered refund but chose to wait. Delivered as promised in early April. Always great quality from Woo Design.

I ordered three bottles of fuel

I ordered three bottles of fuel , and took a while, and then when it did arrive the packaging was very excessive, such a waste.😔

Thank you for your feedback.

Due to a temporary warehouse closure for holidays, your order was dispatched slightly later than usual — we sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

Regarding the packaging, we completely understand your concern. As the product is fuel, it requires secure and protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely and to prevent any risk of leakage or damage during transport. That said, we do make an effort to use secondary packaging materials to reduce environmental impact.

Beautiful Armchair but with two flaws

The armchair is beautiful but there is a tiny cut in the side of the armchair and half of the leather on the chair is very rough and it looks like there is coating of some sort on it .. I have contacted Woo. Design and sent photos dand they were very prompt in their reply and they have referred the matter to another department but I haven’t heard from that department yet.

Love my purchase. V good quality. Delivery took a while but company very responsive when checking on delivery times.

Quality product, but long lead times

The product choice is unique and good value. Delivery was delayed however, so I was months waiting for my order of some side tables. But on arrival, they were lovely quality.
