Wooden Windows Recenzje

I bought all the windows for my new build from wooden windows. The quality was surprisingly good for the price. Leon and the other staff members were helpful and communicative. I would happily recommend this company.

I came across Wooden Windows on line. I dealt with Leon Nuttall who was very helpful and made the whole process of ordering multiple windows easy to navigate - thus the five stars.

Purchased 2 hardwood Georgian bar windows, the quality is superb and has enhanced our property considerably. We dealt with Leon Nutall, who was extremely patient and helpful, despite our many changes to satisfy Building Control and the local planners. Would highly recommend.

Great , thanks for keeping me updated

These guys are a pleasure to deal with ,everything was perfect , I ordered windows and pre hung French doors , the quality is perfect , we went with oak , had lots of questions answered by Leon nuttall, who was very helpful , and the delivery guy very helpful and polite , thanks to u all

We discovered this company online after struggling to find any company which could supply an oak window in less than 8 - 10 weeks. Both Chris and Leon were extremely helpful regarding the design of the window and also delivery. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We came across Wooden Windows online and couldn't be more than happy. The customer service, attention to detail and quality of the product is first class. We had a couple of changes to make and additions and these queries were all handled quickly by Mathew. Delivery of the windows arrived within 10 days whereas other companies were quoting 8 - 10 weeks. Would have no hesitation using this company again.

We just finished fitting the three new doors and four new windows.
May I just say that working with Leon (the technical advisor) is simply a dream – he helps all the way in the complicated steps doing all the special things (for example no cills, no hardware et cetera et cetera), thanks!
Then when it comes to the delivery of the products, firstly it's pretty fast and when you give a date, then it really does happen on that day. When you actually see the doors and windows the quality and the finish is simply superb. Seals are of such performance that a draft simply can't get through there, double glazed units are solid and come with a fantastic fitting kit and instructions, the quality of the furniture is super (the locks are very secure, the fitted hinges simply open and close against the seals beautifully), the wood itself is solid, has a great grain and the finished primer spray is perfect.
The carpenter fitting the units says that they are of the finest quality he has ever seen and required absolutely no extra work!

I've used Wooden Windows twice now and am more than happy with the windows supplied. Leon dealt with me on both occassions and went through the whole process and answered whatever queries I had. My property is Listed but Leon helped me out with the necessary plans in order to keep my local heritage officer happy. I had a slight issue with some of the hardware recently but, again, Leon helped me out by sending replacements which I was able to fit easily. All in all I can recommend!

First class customer service from Matt! Really appreciate the help.

This company has fantastic customer service. We ordered a window and the quality is second to none. The delivery guy was lovely, very helpful and friendly. Emails are answered quickly too. All round top company. Because of its fantastic customer service we will be ordering a door in the not too distant future.

Leon, has been so helpful. Very impressed with the customer service.

Spot on as a company, both in service and product. Used to upgrade the windows on two properties now. Very helpful team, courteous, informative and efficient. The online window/door builder is easy to use and gives a reasonable idea of what you will pay. Delivery time is always really quick.

Absolutely faultless company. Assisted in choice of window - Thank you Matt Burton- window delivered on date and time and the DRIVER was especially helpful in carrying the very large window into the property which he didnt need to do.
The quality is excellent and very impressed by the quality of the glass.

The online design tool is really good, and with the added benefit that a team will double check its what is required. Ordered Doors and windows to replace like for like and they are exactly what was needed. Delivery is super quick and they response quickly to any questions

Simply brilliant company and products from start to finish. Went out of their way to ensure new windows matched original 360 year old leaded ones. Customer service from Andy was second to none. Would recommend to all without hesitation.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

In particular Leon Nuttall who has gone the extra mile in helping me sort my windows. Very professional.

Quality product, easy to order and check everything, affordable and great service.

In summary, an excellent product, with first-rate support and good value.

The service, support and product are excellent at the price point offered by an on-line company. From the initial web based tool to build and design our windows to the follow up conversations with Mat Burton that finalised the design and specification I have been very impressed.

We live in a part of the countryside designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and needed to match our existing buildings. Woodenwindows were able to do this using engineered oak whilst retaining all the modern design features needed to satisfy security standards and the insulation requirements of building control.

The windows were ordered on the 30th of January and were manufactured and delivered by Woodenwindows direct (not via a courier) on the 14th of February just 2 weeks later!

The product is very impressive and warrants a five-star rating for the value and quality it offers at its price point. I believe it could be improved further if internal glazing bars were an option and if there was an option for the windows to be supplied pre-finished and pre-glazed. This is something I would be happy to pay more for.

We are now discussing the design for doors and would have no hesitation in recommending Woodenwindows based on the experience to date.

The process of ordering a window from woodenwindows.com was straightforward. Prompt reply with receipt, T and C's etc. Also quick contact to inform me of an alteration necessary to my order.

First time using Wooden Windows Co. Chris was so helpful throughout the pre-order and order stage of 3No doors & Frames. Order was ready on time and I was able to collect also. Myself and my client are really impressed with the quality of the products. Will deffo use Wooden windows again. Thanks guys.
