Won 1300 and got weird reasons on why they won’t payout?
Watch out for the MIRROR written on your account.. I had 2 modes of play…mobile phone and my iPad.They accused me of using someone else’s (friend, family?) using my url site. I told them I use phone or my iPad!
No one used my site and I do not have a clue who else uses woo within family or friends? Why should I need to no?
I entered my id 5x then tried last time to get my winnings and now I have had the $1300 taken off me with the words “other” written as the reason? My winnings are GONE?
This company is not a good Casino. Never had problems with other online casino…don’t use them.
They take your deposit then if you win you get weak excuses and then the work “OTHER”.

Absolute joke of a website I won 10k and they wouldn’t accept any form of verification except a bank card with my name on it so I had to order one and it took 2 weeks and believe me I tried absolutely every other way and then I finally get verified and they reclaimed the whole 10k leaving me with 50$ Because apparently I won some bonus I didn’t know about and one of the terms was I couldn’t bet over 5$ so for a bonus I wasn’t informed I had and also didn’t even want they stole all of my winnings after making me wait 2 weeks for my card, like if it’s not brutal enough they stole my money they made it seem like I was getting it and led me on for 2 weeks just to take all my money, complete scam of a site DO NOT USE they will add a bonus with some stupid rules without you knowing and take all your money and then be rude to you over live chat. I now look like a bad person cause I owe a guy some money and told him I’d pay it all back and now can’t and he’s gonna be homeless because of it so I feel like a piece of **** thanks woo casino way to **** me over in the worst way possible

I had some luck in this site and was able to make a succesfull withdrawal the first few times without any issues. My win streak continued and I kept withdrawing winnings but then I received an email that I must wager 3 times my deposit before I could withdraw, I checked the T&C and there is no mention of this requirement however since it was not a big deal I wagered 3 times the deposit and made a succesfull withdrawal. I continued my win streak and tried to make more withdrawals but these were now rejected and I was advised to contact support. On speaking with support they advised that my bank had refused the transaction , as I have 2 different cards on the account I tried the another card and again this was rejected. Spoke with support again and they said there culd be some issue with the payment provider which I find highly implausible that 2 different banks would have issues at the same time. Anyway I have now initated a wire transfer to my bank of all my winnings and am awating funds to arrive. It's a real shame that customers are given the run around like this and if you cannot withdraw your winnings what is the point in playing in a casino like this.

Just got my wire transfer after waiting less than a day, that is impressive so not going to knock the site to much. It's a pity about having withdrawal issues however I am very glad it's now resorted . I do like the sire and will continue playing there

The casino has a great selection of slots but don't try to play any if you have a bonus. The amount of slots that are blocked when you have a bonus is rediculous. I would estimate 90% are blocked from what I have tried so far. The list in the terms and conditions doesn't list even a 10th of what is actually blocked. I wanted to drop my bonus so I could play some games so I went to live chat to get some information on what would happen. Ugh....
