I got ignored most of the time and had to do most of the work by myself. It took two years to get to 100%, and I’m still fighting for backpay. The only person in the company who cares is Dr. Matt, a.k.a. Doc, and he is also the only person capable of really doing anything to help your claim. I had to beg and complain to my friend and to my “representative” just to get seen, and when I finally did they had nothing helpful to add. Like I said before, I did most of the work myself, and Doc was the only difference between FITFO and signing on with this company. Not to mention, because Doc was the only one capable of helping, and who cared enough to do so, he’s always busy. If you’re already with the company, my suggestion is get a contact for Doc and contact him directly when you need guidance. He’ll help when he can. Otherwise, you’re gonna be doing everything by yourself, no different than if you just submitted the claim alone in the first place.

These guys understand the process and can help to navigate all the bureaucracy. You should seriously consider enlisting this service before you submit any claims so they can help ensure you will get the rating you are entitled. Sure you can file your taxes with some cookie cutter online tool, but if you want to maximize your return you look for a professional with specialized experience, so why not treat your claim the same way.

The medical staff here is wonderful and they will get you where you need to be. Navigating through the steps can be difficult, but they are responsive. It just requires connection and engagement. I recommend this program.

I’m grateful for this company! I filed my first two claims on my own years ago with denials. And I really was giving up. A friend kept me in the fight and sent me the info for M2M now Woobie. My only regret is not starting sooner. Being skeptical I said I couldn’t afford to come on board yet. That delay cost me 3 years of back pay. The structure, accountability, and knowledge your team shared were pivotal in me reaching this my goal and alleviating so much pressure and stress!

The reason I made it to 100% was Doc Wilyonson knowledge of the VA. Doc recognizes how the VA is unfair in how they don’t give as high a rating for in my case was the back. Doc was able to get me significant increases in other areas that I would have not even put in for. For me Doc stood out. Some of the reps were sometimes hard to get a hold of. But all in all it was a good experience and I recommend getting help navigating the VA’s process.

Interesting experience from the other poster here. I was fully engaged with a few employees, they host daily video calls open to all of their community members where you can have direct forum discussions with them (and they make time for individuals after the call).

I also felt I had all the available resources even without going one-on-one with their staff, whom I always had extremely respectful encounters with.

You absolutely have to be responsible for your own medical appointments and information, as you should, but Woobie provides pretty thorough explanations and how to best communicate accurately what your case is to the VA while avoiding any common mistakes many veterans make.

I'm not sure what people think when they pay for this company but I would do it all over again. Took a long time but it wasn't this company fault it was the VA that Faught me ever step of the way. When you buy i to this program you have to do the foot work. Let me explain. This company doesn't know your medical history. They don't know what doctors you have or do t have , they don't know what doctors you need for any pre existing conditions. You are paying for them to guide you through an already difficult process that will take time. If your not willing to make an effort cause you paid someone good luck at the VA solo cause im here to tell you it took a little over 6 months and several classes and alot of emails with this company for me to hit 100%. The VA denied me in the past even tho it was in my records. This company help with my appeal and during g the appeal the VA found more health issues that woobie informed me about but I did not react to them. I was denied everything woobie told me I would be denied for and approved Ed for everything they said I would be approved for......but I followed the process without getting mad. I stayed the course asked questions during the video chats , watched videos and emailed alot. If its important to you they are there if its not they cant help you cause they are not magicians. Thanks doc for everything. Truly grateful for your help.

the service costs $3500 dollars and claims to be a hands on process to help veterans along the way, but the literal second you submit payment, you are the gum on their shoes. I was completely forgotten about, short and simple, I sent dozens of emails and texts and no one responded. I was completely skipped over on the DBQ appt section of the process. I only know this because I made the mistake of referring another veteran to the service and he started with them a month later, and has already completed the process. No one seems to care? I keep emailing and texting and they keep ignoring. I will try to figure out if a refund is possible and if so I will edit the review to include that information.

You worked hard, but the President doesn't take it seriously; that's so frustrating.
