Loving my wonky box it’s so cool getting delivered to your door a random variety of fruit and vege, I find it quite exciting seeing what arrives and adding new stuff into my cooking. I recommend trying this as it’s convenient and value for money compared to buying the same amount at the supermarket.

Love receiving our wonky box every fortnight. A medium box is just enough for our family. It’s even got the kids eating more fruit and vegetables!

Absolutely love the wonkybox. We get some things we wouldn’t normally buy and can explore new recipes. And I love the fact you have 3 choices to leave out and get more of something else. It’s like a fortnightly Christmas 😊

I look forward to my wonky box arriving every 2 weeks. Getting different vegetables has broadened our 5 plus a day. I love your recipes as well.

Absolutely love Wonky Box! We’ve been getting weekly boxes for a few months now and it’s honestly been such a game changer for our household. The produce is super fresh, full of flavour, and it feels good knowing we’re helping reduce food waste at the same time.

I never realised how fun it would be to plan meals around what’s in season or a bit quirky – it’s actually made me more creative in the kitchen. The delivery is always reliable, and I appreciate the email heads-up about what’s coming each week.

Also, the customer service is genuinely kind and helpful, which makes a big difference. It’s rare to find a company that ticks all the boxes: good for the planet, great value, and consistently high quality. Highly recommend giving it a go!

Rotton veg not wonky veg. So disappointed. Soft, sprouting potatoes, rotton lettuce, wrinkled up peppers and black, bruised bananas. Never again.

Was led to believe this would actually be Wonky vege. Rotten vege and no response from The Wonky box team.

We expected a range of misshapen and odd sized fruit and veg but we also expected it to be fresh which it wasn't. This seems to be a recurring theme from reviewers with no response from the owners. Sad given the will to support a great concept but clearly being ripped off.

Interestingly, Google reviews are amazing for this company. I tend to turn to Trustpilot to check things out and these are more in line with my experiences. I really wanted to support this idea but after a couple of veg boxes and a reasonable gap in between, I don't think I'll be ordering again. On two occasions I contacted Customer Service and partial refunds were made, which just about covered postage. I regularly buy wonky fruit and veg from supermarkets - I don't have to have perfect produce but I do want something that lasts more than a day. In the last box some of the produce was OK but I had the extremes like veg that had to be thrown out straightaway alongside very hard avocados that will take some time to ripen. When veg is so expensive anyway, and you can get very good bags of wonky produce locally, I'd rather do that. I gave it a go but sadly it didn't work for me.

Gross mouldy fruit! Could not believe it, gave the benefit of the doubt but it kept happening. After getting the same produce for weeks on end it became apparent that they weren't fresh from the growers. Cancelled the subscription, no customer service, no retention team looking for feedback. Delivers on time exactly when they say. Easy to place orders, skip subscriptions etc. Produce quality and variety is poor. Part of the experience is getting a 'surprise' box, but it became predictable with the same produce every week. I have started using Farmers Box instead.

Poor quality, rotten produce. Unfortunately this box did not live up to my expectations. I understood this would be 'seconds' produce, however I didn't think that would mean moldy onions, soft and brown apples, and rotten avocados. Very disappointed with my box and I have cancelled my subscription

Poor value for money - more expensive than good quality produce from the supermarket. While I was expecting seconds, some of the produce was old and wilted - cancelled my subscription - this could be a great idea if it was executed effectively, what a shame.

Like the concept; but I had to throw out so much because it was already mouldy or rotting on arrival. I took pictures and sent them in, only to get a minor refund. I cancelled after this happening too many times

Half a rotten corn cob. Rotten kumera. Half rotten cauliflower. So dissapointing. Read their blurb on farmers excess yield and limiting waste. Only fresh and usable stuff was a cucumber, cos lettuce, capsicum and the pears. Cancelled my subscription immediately.

We got our first box and it was really poor quality, the stone fruit was wrinkled and about half was moulding, some of the oranges were also spoiled (large soft smelly patches that your fingers sank into) and capsicum were not great. They refunded 20% of cost. Got second box, cucumber was broken into several pieces. Everything else was acceptable if not great.

Have cancelled subscription. The fruit and veg tasted good but definitely could have been fresher, especially on the first box.
