Terrible Experience with Wizz Air at Brașov Airport - Avoid at All Costs!
My recent experience with Wizz Air at Brașov Airport was an absolute nightmare. I paid extra for priority boarding, only to find out there was no priority at all. It was a complete waste of money.
The customer service was abysmal. The staff was unhelpful and disorganized, and it was clear that no one knew what they were doing. There was no sense of structure or efficiency, leading to long, frustrating waits and general chaos.
I strongly advise against flying with Wizz Air from Brașov Airport. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this airline at all costs. Terrible service, complete lack of organization, and a total disregard for customers. Never again!

I would like to give -1 star but it's…
I would like to give -1 star but it's not possible.I lost my flight because of the stupid people working there. Please for your own good use other company. AVOID WIZZAIR at any cost. Pay a little more for the ticket and get better service cause WizzAir has the worst and never helps. They owe me 1000E from last year and nobody from there office wants to help.

This is an inhumane airline
This is an inhumane airline. Our flight from Bucharest to Milan was delayed for 4 hours - one of which we spent in the plane - and they didn't offer the passengers a glass of water. My wife is pregnant and there were lots of old people around. I will never fly with them again. Find yourself another flight, avoid at any cost!
