I ordered my products Monday morning and they arrived tuesday morning! If they don't have enough stock, I always get a phone call and we tweak my order a little (if needed, its very rare this happens). Overall, I always have a good experience with wizvape 😊 much better service and price than going to a shop!

No Refund
Returned a vape battery to the correct address but Wiz vape said they never received it so I didn't get a refund and I am now out of pocket 🤬 Looking at other reviews it seems Wizvape are pretty good for service but don't like giving refunds.

We received the tracking number from you and, upon checking, we can see that the battery parcel was delivered to a completely different address, not our warehouse. As our team previously advised, since you were the sender of this parcel, we advised you to raise a complaint with Royal Mail regarding the misdelivery. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any response from you after that.
