I purchased knee braces from a (US?) company called Nooro. (which I previously wrote a critical review about) Upon arrival the product was not of the value for money I was expecting. To make matters worse I was charged £19 for a subscription I did not want or realise I had signed up for. Upon checking the transaction details I noticed that that the Seller was "Nooro With Reach UK). A further check of the entries about "With Reach UK" on Trustpilot caused me further concern as some of the reviews were appalling. I would advise you to check these out before placing any order with them. Paypal was supportive and Nooro have subsequently refunded the subscription and given an apology with a free gift. "Coincidentally" since making this order I have been bombarded with over 40 "suspected scam" calls in a very short period of time, which I have never experienced before.

This scam company ( also trading as LUMIHEAT - possibly many more ) should be banned from trading. My recent order for 3 room heaters resulted in taking payment for extra items not ordered, illegally authorising automatic payments and returning emails sent to given address . Fortunately Paypal have now taken up my case for resolution .

Using the name ‘Orthoback’ to sell trainers which arrived within 3 days; then when I wanted to return them (they were really poor fitting, absolutely zero support) they insisted I return them to China at my own expense. ‘Customer Service’ is anything but…. Emails are untraceable and not replied to. AVOID

Not replying to emails about a refund. Sneakily signed me up as a subscription when all I was doing was making a one off purchase. Wanting a refund but getting nowhere. Do not buy anything from them!

Reach advertised an Indoor TV Antenna that would enable you to cancel your expensive Cable Company and receive all the channels for free. Sounded good so I ordered one using my PayPal account. Received it within a week, hooked it up per their instructions, and got no reception at all, even after trying several times. I emailed customer support and asked for return for credit instructions. No response after a week so I sent another email with more detail, but have still heard nothing back. How can a company like this be allowed to remain in business?

This is a fraudulent company. My credit card was charged twice by them with amounts I don't recognize and you can not understand what the charges are for. I've called them several times, and both times the customer service representative, without explaining who the charges were from, forwarded my call to another call center which never answered the call.

Trading as Orthoback - bought 'ortho trainers' from them. They didn't fit. I was told to return them to China, but as the price of the trainers against postage made this a ridiculous suggestion. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Rip off big time. Trainers falling apart after I gave them to a friend 😡

If I can, I will give zero. Bought pain relief patches, they without me noticing added a second set and charged me which I managed to get refunded via Pay Pal. The order was not delivered and apparently after Yodel informed me of delivery of my order then suddenly cancelled it and Yodel message is "contact seller". No replies to my e-mails either and no refund!! DO NOT USE THESE SCAMS

I bought shoes from Orthoback.com tried to get a refund without success,don't use this company there corrupt,no refund policy no customer service their bent.

Reach handled the payment on an order from Sergio Tacchini. The order was not complete and sergio tacchini has not answered any emails or phone calls (neither in english or french). Reach doesn't take any responsibility although they received my payment. They are not working with serious clients.

They process some of the PayPal payments for LuckyVitamin. They receive the money, LuckyVitamin misleads people by charging for DHL delivery and then using local post. Nothing gets delivered. LV blames the post office, WithReach.com "waits for" LV. I dispute and charge back, so I get my money back, and I contact police, banks, and other authorities. But what a waste of time.

Check online, there are plenty of cases like this. Be aware.
