Elara connects patients with licensed providers for personalized, hormone aware care across weight management, sexual wellness, hair restoration, skin, and anti-aging. Needed help on how to cancel/pause my account
I sent a message to support on how to cancel or pause my account because I wanted to come off the meds to prepare to try for another baby and they were great about it. Congratulated me on my next phase of life, offered to pause my account until I'm ready to start again or cancel whichever I preferred. They didn't pressure me about staying on the medication or reducing my price, just respected my decision and helped pause my account.
