Huge Fan of WIT
Genuinely a huge fan of this brand and its products. Bought these items in person from a Xenom event, and was guided through options, fits and sizes by the founder Sam, who was extremely helpful. Experiences like this are lost with larger “chain” brands, and I certainly won’t be looking anywhere else for gym gear ever again.

Shocking service
Placed an order for next day - 5 day had been and nothing! I had to email asking where my order was and was told it will be dispatched soon. Ask why I had not been updated on this matter and didn't get a reply. Shocking service.

This process took much longer than we would have liked it to and we can only apologise for the delay it caused. Bought shoes at a great price
I bought my shoes at a great price, ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and packaging was eco friendly. Happy with purchase. One comment - I would have ordered socks but there was very limited selection available. Perhaps a few more sock choices would be good?

I wish the training tshirt, ordered xxl, would be 10cm longer. My lats and shoulders pull it up way to high when overheadstuff, stomach goes free (193cm, 105kg crossfit rx person, no beer belly,just fyi)
Other than this i love the fit around the neck, shoulders and arms and the way it hangs down.

At first I wasn’t sure about their returns as I hadn’t checked them out properly but I emailed customer services who were prompt and helpful. I didn’t actually return the trainers in the end as I decided a higher size would be better. The trainers are great. Great price.

We unfortunately cannot change the address once the item has been fulfilled by our warehouse. The order was rejected at the incorrect address.
