Recently I have very very bad experience purchasing skin care product on Wishtrend website. The company charge my credit card double. In order to request my money back, I had to send email to them so many times.
The whole process takes few weeks. Back and forth none stop sending email to them.
I will not buying anything again on their website.

Personally I have gotten great results using their website, even when all the way from Korea the products came earlier on the day it was due, and they kindly sent me a bunch of samples to try. Will definitely be buying from them again

I have to say that I was really sceptical at first and didn't know whether to order or not to order sth. from Wishtrend due to the negative comments about the shipping & delivery to foreign countries on the internet, but I did it anyways.
I ordered some products on 16th June and they shipped it immediately on the next day.
And today, my products have finally arrived safely to Germany after only 11 days.
So, I definitely recommend Wishtrend to everyone!

I've never had a problem with Wishtrend, ordered here twice. Yes, it does take some time for your products to arrive but the prices are good and the website often has a lot of discounts/offers. Actually quite shocked to read some of these reviews. Got me thinking that maybe i have just been lucky

I ordered a one brand package on March 30th and my order has just arrived on April 6th. It takes just one week delivery from Korea to Germany, so unbelievable! And the products are very well packaged. I got so many promos from Wishtrend so i was so happy. They gave me 10 free sample size too! Thank you Wishtrend! I would love to repurchase on Wishtrend again!

My very first experience ordering from Wishtrend was very positive. I got everything that I ordered along with several surprise samples, some of which I’m planning to reorder. I also liked everything that I ordered. It didn’t ship super fast but I wasn’t expecting it to be here quick because it was from so far away. It was a fair shipping time frame in my opinion. I loved getting my package full of Korean skincare. I will definitely order again.

They take way too long to ship your order. I placed a complaint and they blamed it on my local postal service when in reality they are the ones who took almost 2 months to ship it. There are better websites out there that ship products from Korea and take much less time to ship it. Their website is also awful, very slow and not user friendly.
Will never purchase from them again.

Bought few products during Black Friday sale for the first time from wishtrend. The wishtrend website sucks. I could place the order after two days of trying and during the payment gate, after entering the OTP the site got struck. I thought it was not placed, after one day received the message that the order has been placed.
I received the courier with in 15 days and that was good.
But my package was opened ( may be during custom verification),the coupon samples for more than 100$ and regular free samples where all missing and few products where crushed.
When I mailed them with all details and photographs they replied to me after two days and they said they can't do anything!!

So decided, this will be my first and last purchase here.
Also don't fall prey for their exaggerated promotions online. Not all products are worth the hype.
After a good research we can understand that there are many good other Korean brands better an this.

I ordered from them last Black Friday Sale. The package arrived in the Philippines as expected but it was put on hold by customs. For clearance purposes, I was asked to submit proof of payment and FDA approval. I submitted the proof of payment and asked to waive the FDA Approval.

The invoice declared by wishtrend was only 15usd while the proof of payment that I submitted was 200usd+. As you can see it’s far from reality. I asked wishtrend about it and they offered to give me an invoice with 15usd (Which is unethical). I pushed through with the current proof of payment (200usd+) and was then issued to pay for the charges. I asked wishtrend if they can shoulder some of the charges but they hesitated.

I was willing to pay for the taxes but DHL Phi was kind enough to offer that they will ask wishtrend to pay for the charges because it’s only just since the misdeclaration of invoice was the cause of the package being hold by customs.

As for their reply, I was contacted by DHl Phi a while ago and they said that they were not willing to pay for the charges and wishtrend informed them to destroy the package instead. Why did they opt to do it without informing me? As if I didn’t pay for the package? Are they expecting that I will simply abide and pay for the charges to be able to get it? What kind of service is that? Instead of compensating for the hassle they’ve caused, they chose to let 211usd be put to waste and hesitated to pay for 60usd+ charges.

At first, I thought of paying for the charges just for this hassle thing to be finished. But I realized that they would get away with it thinking that what they did was okay. I want them to realize that it’s not.

Since they already decided to destroy the package, I would not be able to get the package. Hence, I would file a transaction dispute for it.

I’m really disappointed with their service. It’s sad that their products are okay, but the quality of their service is TERRIBLE.

I got my order before the expected date on the shipping e-mail despite the shipping delay. Everything was well-packed and there were some surprise samples.

Terrible customer service. I contacted them immediately to change a mistake in the shipping address - they refused to initially. I asked again. They said that it was really hard but they would try. They did not make the change and did not inform me. The package has been shipped now with the wrong suburb on the shipping address and Australia Post has told me it will not get to me and will likely be returned to sender. They said the sender will have to contact them to request the change. I have contacted Wishtrend again but I am not hopeful.

The product is okay but i paid for 2 set they only gave me one , the official website is terrible , super slow and i cant find any message or feedback site

The worst customer service ever and don’t even think about making a return because they don’t want to give you your money back. I messaged them about a product that I would like to make a return on and they told me that I could only make a return “if they requested for the return”. I haven’t even used the product yet and decided to return it because I changed my mind. It’s still in its original packaging from where it came but they won’t even try to help me out with this return. They talk about how “they always try to better their customer service” but apparently they are not even trying here. I don’t recommend anyone buying from Wishtrend, buy it elsewhere.

I used to really like wishtrend but now..i cant agree. The custoner service sucks as some mentioned already sometimes they dont even answer you! On top of that havent received my order which i made several months ago

Problèmes de dédouanement...

L'envoi (par DHL Express) s'est fait rapidement, seul problème : le colis a été retenu par DHL pour dédouanement. On m'a envoyé un e-mail exigeant des preuves de paiement. Wishtrend semble avoir tenté de m'éviter les frais de dédouanement (assez élevés, je l'avoue) en déclarant comme prix 5 x 3 $... c'était à la fois illégal et peu crédible (le colis pesait 2.8 kg !)
Je vais donc devoir encore attendre mon colis...

If you order something from wishtrend they will subscribe you to a monthly subscription without letting you know. Just got a email for a order from wishtrend I didn't want. And the products are not even good 😡

After so much time following wishtrend i bought from them on the black friday sale and for my surprise it arrived here (Brazil) in a week, and I was SO happy! Well, I didn't know it wouldn't last long... They shipped it through expedited shipping and not the standard (what I had ordered) and you would think this would make me happy huh? Nope. Because this type of shipping requires a BUNCH of taxes, and that's what happened to me. 80% of what I had paid for the products I was charged with taxes. I contacted wishtrend and after A MONTH they did nothing to help me. Because the pack was stuck at DHL for such a long time it went to an abandoned/destruction site, where from there the parcels would be either destroyed or simply left there and there would be nothing for us to do to recover it. So today I ended up having to pay the taxes because I couldn't just let that happen. I don't think it is worth buying from them... They have such poor customer service so if something bad happens you're by yourself. Well... just wanted to let my frustration with wishtrend. They're not as perfect as they seem to be in videos.

Terrible customer service. If they lose your stuff in mail, they take no responsibility and stop communication. Pay through paypal if you do buy anything so that you can have a safety net.

Wishtrend has a huge selection of Korean Skincare that is specially formulated for sensitive and acne prone skin (my skin type!). I live in Japan and I ordered 5 items from Wishtrend. When I ordered the items, it was free delivery as I spent over $60. Initially, it stated that it would take 15-30 days for delivery, which I was pretty disappointed about, but my items were packed from Korea delivered to my door in Tokyo in a little over a week! Amazing, and I was given 5 testers of Klairs products, of which I wanted to buy but was unsure about so that is greatly appreciated. I will definitely shop here again for my skincare. Absolute lifesavers, thank-you Wishtrend! Greatly recommended!
