I absolutely love my Wise Tap NFC sewing machine keyring. I placed my order and then panicked it wouldn’t arrive on time for my event, I emailed them and they went out of their way to get it to me on time. What amazing customer service!!! I run recycled fabric flower headpiece workshops at festivals and the first festival I used it at was Boomtown this year. When a customer finished their headpiece, I’d ask if I could take a photo and share it on my Instagram, then Id get out my magic Wise Tap sewing machine gadget and ask them for a follow. In a festival environment it was awesome, because they thought it was literally magic. It went down an absolute storm and I told loads of people where to buy them. I got 100+ followers from just one festival, which for a really small struggling business like mine is absolutely awesome. But….the big BUT!!! I stupidly lost it on the last day when I was packing down my workshop(I loose things a lot) I was absolutely gutted. I really missed it at my next festival Shambala. Without it I felt a bit cheeky asking people for follows, and festival goers (for some reason)can’t always focus on their phone screen, so I only managed to get about two followers.
I’ve just placed an order for another one, and I cannot wait for it to arrive, I have more workshops coming up soon, and I’m really looking forward to using my magic sewing machine keyring gadget. I would recommend getting one to anyone with a small business. And with such a friendly helpful customer service, I’d give them 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved that they contacted me to show me how the finished product looked, in case I wanted any changes before posting. Also, I had forgotten to put my link on the original booking, so they made sure to ask what link I wanted adding to the keyring. Brilliant customer service and high quality product. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love my keychain. The company designed it specifically to my wishes after being unable to fulfill it initially.

Such a great little gadget to help promote my business when I’m out and about! I stupidly forgot to attach the link to my Instagram page with my order and they sent me an email to get it from me along with a picture of the final design of my logo key chain and it arrived the next day.

Great product but I have now ordered two keyrings, both have snapped off the keyring and have been lost. I loved the style of the keyring and it was a great feature to show people, sadly not hard wearing enough to keep on my lanyard.
I only had it attached both times to a lanyard, attached to my camera belt. Both times it had fallen off before the end of the day.

Brilliant service, i gave a tricky design and instead of just taking my money and doing what they wanted, they reached out to talk through some parts and we agreed on a design. Over the moon with them

Very speedy delivery, ordered just after midnight on the 21st July, it was delivered on the 22nd July! With a lovely keyring as a free gift. It’s the small touches that mean a lot, I will definitely order again. Very good price and works really well.

Super cute, I ordered a pizza keyring with my TikTok account linked to it. I received a super prompt email to confirm my link from an actual person, and my keyring was shipped super quick. Great service and highly recommended!

I order these after being shown one by another trader. They are within a few days. Works well with iPhone but doesn’t appear to work with Samsung phone which is a little concerning. Will give them a go at next few markets to see how well they work.
