I have not opened the parcel, as of yet, and will probably find it easier to wrap in xmas paper ax it came, so i can give it to the person concerned on xmas day

Can't fault these guys. Had an issue where I'd ordered a product for pre-order and hadn't realised it was a pre-order. I moved house before it was delivered so delivery was attempted at my old address. The tenants at the old address gave me the card but I struggled to sort with parcel force because the consignment number was wrong. I emailed Tom who sent me the correct details within minutes of my email and I was able to rearrange delivery to the new address. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I recently placed an order for both varieties Real Kombucha and Wild Botanicals. I was really impressed with all of the drinks and will be repurchasing. The order came promptly and wise bartender even threw in 2 cans of Caleno, which was lovely.
