Wipertech Recenzje

Timely delivery in quality packaging.
Easy enough to install.
Not yet tested in 'testing conditions', but confidence is high. (Don't live in Wellington)

So easy to get the correct wipers, and the video to install was great because i had no clue how to do it. I didnt realise how bad my old wipers were until i tried the new ones. Fast shipping as well.

Their website was easy to navigate to try and find the right wipers for my car which made it a lot easier to purchase them. They look great and work much better than the standard type that I usually buy. Overall I’m very happy with their service with super fast delivery and application. Will be happy to buy from Wipertech again.

Great service, prompt delivery & great product very happy - far better than my standard wipers. Hopefully they last !

Happy with service ordered on Sunday 29/03 they arrived 2 days later easy to install .Would recommend

Great communication, value for money, prompt delivery and a quality product ... again. Highly recommended.

I came home from a camping trip yesterday and placed an order with wipertech in the afternoon . The packet was delivered the next day and that to a rural address and its not a one off as we had the same service before from wipertech - well done thanks , absolutely awesome service.

Excellent Quality wipers-great packaging and fast delivery.

Needed new wipers urgently. This company's website says order before midday and will be dispatched same day or delivered within 1-3 business days. Placed order very early in the morning of 28 January 2026.
I expected them the next day, when I hadn't heard anything after 3 business days I went on their website and used the Help box. I received an apology and said they would leave the factory that day. Waited 3 more days. Again contacted the website. Again apologies, saying all the right things and they would chase order. I said they really needed to communicate with customers if there were delays instead of just leaving them hanging. After still not receiving the wipers I messaged the company via their Facebook page, Instagram and email. Finally getting a reply that the wipers I had ordered were out of stock and I would receive them as soon as they came in.
Received wipers 9 February 2026, 12 days after placing order. This review is about their customer service. I understand delays in supply, just keep in touch with your customer or risk receiving a review like this.

I like how the wipers clear the water off the screen.
I dont like how the wiper blade on the left side left a mark, the length of the wiper blade on the screen. The mark is located where the wiper blade changes direction at the mid point of its sweep. Ive tried to wipe it off to no avail.

Very organized company with great communication! I had a warranty issue that was handled within hours with no fuss or hesitation. Liz took care of my order and had organized a refund with pleasant emails straight away. Very impressed!!

Quick delivery, easy to install and the wipers work great on my Toyota Ractis

Easy to order, fast delivery, so simple to install, better than the original Toyota wipers that used to make a noise. Recommended.

Replaced my wipers on my cx-5 and did get a bad batch but customer service was 10/10. Less than 1h to reply to me and had a replacement pair sent out the next day. Blades are really nice a lot better then my older ones but the frame is really solid and secure on them would buy just for the frame. Blades are even pretty easy to replace on them if that's your thing.

Prompt dispatch of my order & indeed an easy perfect fit for my Volvo & Suzuki cars.
Plus a discount for the Father’s Day promotion even when I ordered prior is much appreciated.
Even the miss’s noticed the improvement straight away, that’s saying something 😜

Great trade with quick service and no trouble to deal with.

Lack of communication and poor product. Wipers jumped right from the start and even had wiper jump out of its bracket scratching windscreen. Wiper techs response was give it time to settle in. It’s been over a year and is so terrible. WARNING! Don’t throw away your original piece that you have to pull off to use Wipertechs as no other brands for theirs so your stuck using there wipers unless go back to manufacturer and get wiper bracket. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Simple & Easy Website to navigate exactly what you are after.
Communciation & Tracking info & Delivery was Awesome & super Fast. 2days max👍
Follow up emails & install video's were super easy for My Murano 2007.
Way easier to install than any other wipers I have used.
Totally see a huge difference compared to other brands or types
Highy Recommend👍👍👍

I received the wipers today for my 2012 Mazda Axela and they were so easy to install, I’m very impressed. 🤩🤩🤩

Easy to order, fast delivery, easy installation. Ordered front and rear wipers for BMW 118i per there recommendation. Great job, very happy.
