Leadership, Mentoring, Personal Mastery, Entrepreneurship and Decision-Making are key to Successful Career
I am thankful to Mr. Sunil Kumar, who had been CMD of one of the Flagship Navratna Organisations of Govt.of India, who gave me an opportunity to go through his two day’s sessions on YOUR LEGACY, INDIA’s FUTURE with respect to LEADERSHIP, PERSONAL MASTERY & ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
With my 45 years of experience I the Industry , Training and Education in the last phase of my career teaching and guiding Management and Engineering students,I can firmly say that Mr. SUNIL KUMAR pin-pointedly gave practical advice. His mentorship to the retired Government Senior Professionals to part off their expertise, knowledge and experience was exceptionally very informative, delivering insights on how knowledge and experience gained gained during the career can be helpful to the young Generation Z, who can shape their career to a brighter future for themselves, their organisation and the country at large.
Mr Sunil Kumar rightly pointed out, which I understood from his two days session combined together, where he replied many questions with his smiling face that “Behaviour is always greater than knowledge, because in life, there are many situations, where knowledge fails, but behaviour can still handle the worst situations to gain the confidence, thus achieving the corporate wisdom and goal at large, which will reduce the tension and stress one does have in the course of conflict, continuing job and career progress as well.
Time and life are the best teachers in the world. Time teaches us to value life and life teaches us to make best use of time. Failure is the pillar of success and it has been rightly summarised in two days brilliant session by Mr. Sunil Kumar, which clearly demonstrates that success starts with the mindset that you can do it. One must believe that he can do it , despite what adversity may come his way. One can only win when his mind is stronger than his emotions.
River never go reverse.So one must try to live like a river.Forget the past and focus on future.Always be positive.
