Easy to connect to my wi-fi, and simple to set up. It is so quiet that I held my hand over the top to know it was working. The dust I could smell in our home is no longer detectible. Fast delivery, and the product was well packed. The instructions were easy to understand, and I would purchase this unit again, no regrets!

I am so glad a friend told me about this, I have felt so much better after one day and this is the only thing I did different. Thank you.

Website should have a filter to lookup correct filter based on machine. It would make the process much easier. Additionally webpage with air purifier should recommend correct filter. Other than poor filter on website it was a good experience.

Shipping and notification info was never given but when the product got here it works great. We love it. The product works great. Not work on your front end speaking with the back end to keep your customers up to speed. Give me a call. I can help you out.

Great product (C535 Air Purifier) both from an operational standpoint and an aesthetics standpoint, acceptable shipping time (about 7 days from purchase to arrive across country), secure package, good customer care by phone.

Was easy, fast, and secure. Also fits my air purifier perfectly. Would highly recommend any products from Winix.

Easy to order and prompt delivery

Winix is a terrible company, their customer service is terrible with a I don't care attitude. Their products are made very cheap and I will never purchase their products again, as I said their customer service and warranty issues are terrible.

Good product. Zero customer service. My product was missing one of the filters, but I can't receive a response at all.

If I could give the Winix company zero stars I would. I’m actually thinking about returning the 2 air purifiers I bought from Amazon because this company treats their customers like dirt!! I submitted a claim to them for a 5510 air purifier that wasn’t working correctly and they totally blew me off not ever responding in any way!!! Customer service is NON existent. I emailed customer service, NO response. I've since returned BOTH units to Costco, I've also notified Costo leadership that Winix customer service can't be bothered to reply to customers and the alexa integration is laughable. Do NOT recommend.

“I contacted Winix because the replacement filter I bought was listed as compatible with the C545, but my unit is the C545-S (the ‘S’ version), which wasn’t clearly distinguished in the description. The filter didn’t fit, and although the return window had passed, Winix did offer a partial credit, which I appreciate. However, I still feel the product listing was misleading and wish the compatibility information had been clearer to avoid this issue in the first place.”

I bought one of their air purifiers from Amazon and after less than a year the cord sparked when I plugged it in and the plug blew off. I contacted them and they responded immediately. They sent me a label so I could return it with no shipping cost. Then they evaluated the problem and sent me a new unit. Easy as that--I am so appreciative!

The air purifier was okay but they shipped their filter producing factory to thailand and now the quality of the air filter has gone down abysmally to the point where it is dangerous to buy this brand. They off-gas when you first buy and these harmful chemical smells have hurt me dangerously the past 4-5 days. I have ran it continuously the past week outside and even a wiff of it gave me severe migranes and drowsiness that was scary from this NEW filter. They also told me that I had to return it and shipping was on my dime, just to buy a new filter from them : that was also made in thailand and could very likely have the same chemical smells. What a disgusting company, all just to save a couple of dollars in profits I bet.

I purchased the humidifier L61 as I saw it on the Kelly Clarkson show, this is horrible alot of mold and scum build up I have to clean it every day

I have just purchased 2 winix, its been 14 days of fresher air and cut down on most of the allergens in the air. We have older people in the house and I wanted to keep the house with fresher air to keep them healthier.
I love your system. I have a clean air machine from about 50 years ago and you had to leave the house as soon as you turned it on to purify the air after that you were ok. but the first initial time you turned it on was a challenge. Now my old system still works but it was not feasible to get everyone out of the house to get the air clean. Thank you Winix for a more adaptable system.

Customer service is a joke. The agents are rude and unprofessional. Buy another brand before you are stuck having to order expensive replacement filters from these scammers.

WI FI enabled air purifier bricked my phone.

I downloaded the app and it made my phone hang randomly. Then, the third time, it just completely crashed. Nothing could turn it back on. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Terrible customer service/tech support. Paid nearly $1000 for a Winix air purifier that stopped working a few months out of warranty. Winix response: “the warranty has expired”. Then they ghosted me when I messaged them (twice) for help on how to have it repaired.

Winix makes a decent product, but the current cost of replacement air filters is a scam. Pricing a single filter replacement at $112 and then "discounting" it to 80 some bucks? These filters are essentially made of folded paper and have a carbon pre-screen. I can almost guarantee they're manufactured for under 12 bucks each. Corporate greed is what dictates the insane price. I seriously hope they end up in a class action lawsuit for price gouging.

The sales model is the same as printers and ink. The unit doesn't have to sell for much profit, because they make all the money on the replacement of disposables.
