This was a quality training course. I learnt the basics of technical analysis and a step by step approach to trading with safe risk management. Guy and Alex were both great teachers, and I wish I could have had longer than 4 days with them.

There was a very clear breakdown and easy to follow steps for starting trading. I appreciated the clarity of the advantages of swing trading in the medium term over day trading.

With so much information around, it was also good to learn about investing too, not just trading. I definitely had actionable steps to take the Monday after the course finished.

I now understand how the market works as the course was well structured and the information passed on in acceptable bites. I also appreciated that the course was presented with humour and passion.

Most of the course was really clear and if not, we could ask. It was quite fast-paced and lively. Trading finally feels demystified for me.

Thank you so much. It has been a fantastic experience, and I am so grateful I leapt out of my comfort zone to attend. I am looking forward to using everything I have learnt and am grateful for the additional support too.

This is the first thing that has dramatically improved my investing. It’s a very well put together course. Loved the structure and simple explanations. There were a few things that have made a big difference to my approach and my results. I wish I’d fonud this training 5 years ago, but better late than never :-) I’d highly recommend this training. Two have my friends also completed the course and are now raving about how well it’s going! One big ask if this is possible. Please can I get some colour copies of the indicator and chart pattern summary sheets. I know I have this in the course manual in black and white but a separate colour copy would be great so I can laminate and have by my desk. I’ll email as well. Thanks Wealth Training team. Title: Poor communication and no clear access details for paid training

I secured a place on the Money Maker Matrix Investing Programme and received an email confirming my place on 17 June 2026. I then had a call on 24 June 2026 about attending the June online training in the US timezone, which I understood was starting that weekend.

Despite this, I still have not received clear joining details, schedule information, access instructions, or confirmation of exactly how I am supposed to attend the online training.

I was also told that I would not be able to access the training materials until after the 4-day online training, which makes it even more important that the live attendance details are sent promptly and clearly.

For a paid programme, the communication has not been good enough. I should not have to keep chasing for basic information about how to access training I have paid for.

At this point, I either expect the full details to be sent immediately or a refund to be processed.

March 22 this year I purchased one of Darren Winters' programs. I didn't hear from him or his team for 2 months despite writing several emails asking when the program will begin. Then, 2 months later i was invited into a "masterclass" which turned out to be just another hard sells pitch for yet another program - AFTER I have asked when the program would finally begin. There was no recording, no notes, nothing. The participants were supposed to listen for 3 days. Besides, none of my questions got answered. So I wrote again and asked when the program will begin. By May 13th I received a message, telling me that I will receive information regarding the "Bonuses" later that same week (not the program, the bonuses). Today is June 21 - 13 weeks after i have purchased the program and i didn't receive a single email about any content. the only eMails I have received were responses to mine, trying to keep me on hold.

Alas, the response of that company doesn't surprise me at all. What they have written in response to my rating is not true at all. I really wanted to be civil, but if those lies don't stop, I will publish the screenshot of their staff who admitted - black on white - that they fell short with their delivery. It's heartbreaking how some companies treat their customers and then pay people to write positive reviews just to change the rating here on Trustpilot. And they have a way to talk in circles and to talk about something else than the actual issue just to confuse the customer. But I'm not so easy to confuse. I know what is the truth. This is my first review on Trustpilot just to help others to be cautious. Just one thing before I end. How can the customer support say to you that they are aware of their shortcomings one day and promise that they will send me the bonuses soon, and then the next day, out of the blue, they magically come up with some screenshots. If they really had delivered, they would have sent me the screenshots right away and not after 3 months of grueling writing back and forth and after I claimed for a refund. Today, everything can be manipulated.

Everything that happened before and their comment now here is more and more proof to me of their poor business ethics. It's just sad. Anyway, in the meantime I have received a refund from their partner company (after I have told them that I will publish that story in the news). And, interestingly, their rating suddenly climbed from 3.8 to 4.4. Lucky them. So what do you want more? You have again your ratings up....however you did it. Be happy!

The course is informative and practical, easy to learn if diligent. I’ve learnt a lot about trading and investment. Highly recommended.

Anyone considering the course, do it. I loved the pace and context of the course, and feel I’ve benefited from now understanding the strategies. Thank you to the team.

Please make yourself a favor and if you read this comment don't buy this training course. 99% of those courses are useless, they don't rely on their trading to make money but rather on the money you spend in this "training course". They will tell you most of the time on how their membership is so good and that it cost only 10k with a 50% discount for a limited time just because he loves the audience...... ( oh and if you try to ask technical quesyion the guy will just tell you that you have to do it like how he does and that's it because it works. So stupid......) Basically he tries to hype up the audience which works because unfortunately people here don't know nothing on finance but I have been trading and working in investment banking for years now. ( My friend convinced me to participate but I originally told him it's always a scam which i was indeed right)

The course content, though suggested it is aimed for all levels, is only really worth it for beginners. There is little new/valuable information if you already have basic knowledge of trading, strategies and markets. Unable to attend the in person sessions meant that the 3-4 day content was solely a sequence of slides with a few live Q&A sessions. Not realising there would be evening sessions was an issue as there is no recordings for those unable to attend in evenings. I can see value in the course if you are a beginner, can attend in person and are keen to sign up for further support from the trainers once the course ends. The low rating reflects the content not being what I thought I had signed up for.

Rob’s communication skills were excellent! He made everything entertaining and easy to understand, and the pacing was well balanced with the right amount of breaks throughout. The staff were also very friendly and approachable.
For me, these sessions showed a genuine and believable way to improve your life in a meaningful way.

Refused cancellation before course start date

I enrolled in an online course on October 24, 2025, which was scheduled to begin in January 2026.

On December 30, 2025, well before the course start date, I submitted a formal cancellation request and asked for a refund. At that time, no services had been provided, and I did not access or participate in any part of the course.

During the introductory session, it was clearly communicated that I would be able to cancel before the course start date. However, after I submitted my cancellation, the company refused and instead relied on a 14-day cancellation policy that was not clearly disclosed or brought to my attention at the time of purchase.

Instead of honoring the cancellation, they offered to reschedule the course, which I did not accept. My request was to cancel entirely, not to move to another date.

As a result, they are retaining payment for a service that was canceled before it began and never delivered.

After researching further, I noticed that other customers have reported similar experiences regarding cancellation issues, refund difficulties, and lack of clear communication.

My experience raises serious concerns about transparency and how cancellation terms are presented and enforced.

I recommend that potential customers carefully review all terms and ensure they are clearly disclosed before making a payment.

The course was a wonderful experience thanks to the entire team. I learned so much because they were incredibly helpful and patient, adapting their vast knowledge and experience to my beginner level. They made me feel comfortable in a learning environment like trading, which isn't always easy, and that meant a lot. I now have a newfound confidence that comes from trusting a solid strategy.
This course is amazing—the best investment if you are new to trading. I loved the team's energy; they clearly love what they do. I truly enjoyed it!

The speakers shared a wealth of knowledge in a variety of styles, which kept me engaged and attentive throughout. I now have a clear understanding of how the process of investing in the stock market works.

I think it’s great for someone who has any interest in learning trading. It’s a great foundation and I think enough to also use the knowledge to build the skill. You obviously know how to teach.

The course was so detailed and deep that a novice like myself could understand the fundamentals and application. Guy was really good at breaking down theory into bite-sized pieces and illustrating it with examples so it was easily assimilated. It was really helpful to see the live demo of trading, as it gave a better view of how the process of trading work
The knowledge and confidence that I can make trades; it's not as complicated as it's made to be. I would highly recommend anyone considering the course. It is packed with value.
