Although there was more to do to my car when it went in for its service, than originally expected, Tasha was helpful and communicative throughout. She arranged for everything that could be done while I waited, to be done, and booked me in for the next appointment to fix the outstanding ‘warranty’ items- this time with a courtesy car. All with the minimum of fuss, plenty of coffee and frequent updates
I rate Wings highly- the staff appear to genuinely take a pride in the product they offer and the service they provide. Tasha is new to her post but I would never have guessed. She was proactive in supplying me with the information I needed and evidently very keen to learn everything she needs to be the interface between the customer and the service department. Thankyou Tasha and Thankyou Wings.

Emailed Wings Skoda in regard to a spare wheel, received an email back from Mark with all the relevant info to reasure myself it was correct one for the Fabia I recently purchased.

Lea was very helpful from when I dropped off my car for its service to when I picked it up. Took the time to tell me what would be best for me to ensure I got the most out of the service. Very smooth experience from start to finish!

From start to finish, the service I received from Wings today was excellent. They kept me informed throughout the day about my service, organised a new service plan and warranty over the phone. Special mention to Lea who bore with me despite my barking dog and needing to catch my neighbour for milk. Her humour was infectious and she helped me throughout the day. And a special mention to Paul for the above and beyond customer service.

Great service, always made to feel welcome. Staff always courteous and professional, especially customer facing staff.

I have the ‘All In package’ so when my Skoda Kodiaq went into limp mode I took it into Wings Skoda. They took care of everything, courtesy car sorted & off I went. Now have my car back & I paid £0. Great customer service, especially from Lea who kept me up to date on my vehicle.

Very fast delivery, item as prescribed

£857 repair bill and then for the wheel to nearly come off as it wasn’t torqued properly. The service manager wasn’t exactly helpful. However Nik (head of operations) has been really helpful and had our car in and checked over so have amended the review to reflect this! I would also like to say thank you to Becky who was completely professional and helpful too.

Just a few words of thank yous to Jose and the team of Wings (Skoda) Peterborough who helped me buy the right car for me and my requirements, incl., CO2 emissions, towing capability, affordability, comfort and performance.

Jose matched my requirements with an ex-demo Kodiaq 2.0ltr diesel, which had many additional extras. Jose reserved the car for me after a late deliberation one evening, I was delighted to pick it up a week later.

The service provided from Jose and the team was exceptional. The car itself is brilliant, and tows my caravan as if it wasn't there.

Thank you Jose! I look forward to writing a similar review for services and aftercare.

Really helpful. I needed my brake pads replacing. Lea managed to fit my car in, even though they were already fully booked. Thank you.

My car was in for its service and mot. Tasha dealt with it all and was fantastic. She showed me how to do the key drop off box, offered us drinks on several occasions as we sat and waited, she helped my 11yr old with accessing the WIFI and then set us up with desk space and plug socket so he could do his homework. Tasha explained the service plan offer, the outcome of the service and mot and assisted in getting work done promptly on my car. When it was ready she showed us back to my car. Tasha was lovely, friendly, helpful and always had a smile on. She made the long sit and wait much nicer, thank you Tasha.

My car which I bought from Wings about 9 years ago was booked in for an MOT today. Lea was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

My car was in having a service, the advisor, Tasha, was friendly helpful and polite, and very approachable, the other members of staff we encountered were also friendly and chatty and welcoming.

Very responsive, quick turnaround and happy with the items we received. Will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

Lea and the service team were extremely helpful and friendly getting my service done quickly and with no problems, will be using again for my next service.

When I arrived for my car service I was quickly attended to by Becky who was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The service was explained to me very clearly. I was given a cup of coffee and shown to a work area where I was able to sit comfortably catching up with work emails. When my car had been serviced 2 hours later , the rain was pouring down and my car was driven to the front door so that I could just step inside the car without getting wet! What more could you ask for! Thank you team Skoda , Wings, Peterborough.

It was easy to place my order for a boot mat and really helpful to know that the team would be in touch if my order would not fit my vehicle. Delivery was prompt and I’m thrilled with my purchase. It’ll help to protect our car boot from the buggy being pulled in and out on a regular basis!

The roof bars arrived on time. However when I opened the package there was some minor damage; two chips and a small dent. After contacting Wings Skoda, Mark quickly offered a 10% discount or return for a full refund. Since the bars were usable and the damage was cosmetic, I accepted the discount. This was paid promptly. Excellent service.
