Do not send your phone
Do not send your phone! Absolutely mint pristine 12 pro max sent and because the battery health was 80% they dropped it by £100! A phone used will decline battery health and it mentions nothing on the website!
Even the Apple website states “ Batteries of iPhone 14 models and earlier are designed to retain 80 percent of their original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles under ideal conditions.”
So there was never any chance of wingpay paying what they offered for my phone!!

We do try to make our grading as clear as possible and add the battery health for each grade.
Excellent Grading -
Your phone turns on and is 100% functional with original parts.
There may be some small superficial scratches.
The battery holds a charge and there are no distortions or dead pixels on the display.
Minimum battery health capacity of 85%
We are sorry you missed this.
In line with others that recycle smartphones battery health is one of the considerations covered during the process of getting a quote.
After speaking with you and looking into this, I see that you have now accepted our offer and payment was made.
We always try to pay our customers in full but on occasion the item we receive doesn't match the quote the customer received. In these cases we will offer a revaluation. You are able to have your device returned free of charge if you are not happy with the new quote.

Quick and easy to use. Used compare and recycle to find the best deal. Put all my details in and received an email with the postage. Attached and sent. Within 48 hours of posting, I’d received an email stating that my item was received and as describe so the full amount (£155 for iPhone 11) would be processed and with me within 5-7 days. I received the money only a few hours later!! My husband completed the process at the same time and had the same experience! Very impressed!

IMEI Request Pending
I have sent them a device and they came back saying that the value will be decreased as the phone is locked to EE and I asked for the IMEI and I would have it unlocked immediately. I am awaiting a reply - let us see if we can update this to a 5 star.
And they responded and I unlocked my phone and they are now reviewing their offer. Well done Wingpay
