I followed all the rules that is there and they terminated my account and took all the money from the no deposit bonus what a waste of energy and time I thought this was a legit broker boi was I wrong

They have no deposit bonus with great condition in the industry but no one can clame it again because they removed most countries from the right to benefit from it, even the countries where this broker was popular, so I think they ended themselves

I do not any trade in real account in this broker .but in demo account i understand it have the lowest spread and commission.
It have a big problem:
They do not answer rapidly in telegram and have weak support.it doesnot have online support .if i open a real account : i surely will counter with high level stress.
If they correct this i will open a real account

I made my registration but KYC documents are always under review.what may I do? Around week

Deposited 75 thousand USD in total. made profits from the trades and a few losses but when i wanted to withdraw, i wat limited to 20 thousand, which was not eventually processed.
EVeryone should stay far away from Wimdsor. They are crooks and bad. The manager went ahead to steal everything by draining my account on bad trades but they told me it was me.
Forensic audit by Ratcliffe shows Windsor manipulated everything and orchestrated the account drainnig.
It was a hard one but ALhamdulilah that i get the money back.

I regret opening an account with this broker,slow and very long deposits and withdrawal.
You can't also withdraw any amount less than $20 .
So after taking $1 loss you can't withdraw the rest.

Myself, Aravinth from India. I opened a trading account (MT4 Account no: 5242029) with Windsor broker (windsorbrokers.com) and made my first deposit $5800 on 03-07-2024. I placed two trades; I lost both the trades by hitting SL. Again, I deposited an amount of $19450 on 16-07-2024. Then I placed 3 trades and booked some profits and I placed a withdrawal request of $13675 on 23-07-2024 which got rejected after 5 days without any reason and no intimation.

I followed with my Account Manager, Mr.Alokesh regarding this withdrawal, He told that company will return only my deposit amount and profit amount cannot be withdrawn, when I asked him the reason, He told that the profitable trades were wrong. When I asked him to clearly specify what were wrong in my trades but he did not give any proper clarification and asked me to mail to their support mail. I followed them multiple times, but only got one reply mail that my account is under Investigation by Compliance Team. After that they even disabled trading option for my account.

After a week, I got a mail from Compliance department that I can only withdraw my deposited amount $ 25,250 and profit of $323.69 and the rest profit amount of $7035.70 cannot be withdrawn claiming it as illegitimate profit under clause 6 ‘Abusive trading activity’ of their Client Account Agreement. My Account Manager also did not give any clarification, He asked me to withdraw the amount as mentioned in the mail. My profit amount of $7035.70 got debited from the trading account.
Further, I mailed them asking for clarification about the abusive practices, they replied after 4 days that I was engaged in the pattern of transaction which constitutes Gold Arbitrage. I am puzzled how can they call it as Arbitrage, I placed trades based on my swing trade predictions and set TP/SL which got closed by hitting TP or SL, What’s wrong in it ?

I’m utterly disappointed on their cheating behaviour, Initial 2 trades were loss so they did not have any concern, once I made profit and requested withdrawal, they falsely accused me of Gold Arbitrage and Abusive trading technique and cancelled my profit. I’m totally taken aback by their dishonesty.
