This company is absolutely amazing, I have been in hospital for the last 2 weeks so my patients have been quite low, The Manager called me and was absolutely brilliant. Hi would highly recommend for anyone to use this company. Don’t be put off if there is no telephone number on the website, as they respond very quickly by email….

I have received notice of a tax refund from HMRC , after calling them they confirmed that the cheque was sent to Winchurch as they were my nominee.
I have received an invoice from Winchurch while the refund has been sent to them ?
Why should I pay this when they are getting my full refund directly from HMRC ??

I can confirm that immediately my initial review was seen by Winchurch, i received a call from Winchurch staff (Charles). Very polite and resourceful. The case has been dealt with and the claim is still ongoing. I impressed about their service and would continue to trust Winchurch; moving forward.

I am just disappointed about the lack of contact - no number to call, and the enquires I have sent via their web site asking for an update have not been replied to. Completed my authorisation form they sent on the 28th May and not a peep from them since. I am due a refund?? if so how long will it take to receive?? Now getting concerned that this is a scam, so might just get in touch with HMRC directly.

The process was made so easy by Winchurch, very very quick service. If it wasn’t for Winchurch I would not have known about a tax refund. Fill in a quick and easy form, and wait for your cheque to arrive 😁don’t let the taxman keep all your money!

Just remember if u think u can claim it back then ask Winchurch service and wait for 6 week time and u get something back bec tax man won't say anything and help governments......

Still waiting should take 10 days to recieve cheque , no reply to last 2 emails sent and no phone number anywhere, frustrated!!! After posting this review I finally got a phone call and payment , cheque was lost in the post .Beware the 35% charges i missed it !

This is an absolute scam it’s do easy to do it yourself by downloading either a p53 or p55 filling it in and send it of this way you keep the whole amount rather than giving these scamsters 35% of what could be a large sum for doing virtually nothing

I wanted to see if I could still get a tax refund without some information that Winchurch wanted, I was shocked when I received an email saying "congratulations on your tax refund" a few weeks later, I would highly recommend Winchurch Services to anyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Warning: Avoid Winchurch Services – A Deeply Frustrating and Unethical Experience

As a retired UK war veteran, I feel compelled to publicly warn others about my deeply negative experience with Winchurch Services.

This company has demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and integrity throughout my dealings with them. Despite never signing a contract or giving them permission to proceed beyond a simple evaluation, they took money from my account without authorization. This is a blatant breach of trust and data privacy.

What’s worse, they have no direct contact number available to resolve issues, leaving customers completely in the dark when something goes wrong. I was expecting my funds to be returned by the 10th of April, and as of today, I have still not received a single penny.

They missed a scheduled call with me, then followed up with vague excuses and now claim they will send a cheque in the next 10 days—an unacceptable delay after already breaching multiple promises.

I am now:
• Reporting Winchurch Services to HMRC and the UK Tax Office
• Filing a fraud report with the UK Police
• Launching a sustained public awareness campaign against this company to ensure no one else falls victim to their tactics.

This is not just about money—it’s about ethics, accountability, and justice. Avoid Winchurch Services at all costs.
