New steamer turning cauliflower grey! Tasted gross (metallic). Wrote to Wiltshire customer service and no reply. Rang the customer service phone number and again no reply. After trying for a couple of weeks I left a message to ring me and they never got back to me. Thankfully Big W let me return it. I had no receipt which is why I went straight to the company. Very bad service. Very disappointing as I've always thought it was a good brand but after this I won't be buying from them again.

I’ve ordered several items from Wiltshire online - a Santoku knife, a chopping board, some airfryer cookware. All arrived promptly and were exactly as advertised. What prompts my review is the customer service. On one recent occasion I made a mistake and the wrong delivery address was entered at the online checkout. I panicked about this and sent an email to the customer help department. The next day a charming, warm, English-speaking human being rang me ( rang me!) and reassured me that all was well, the correct address had been entered and the goods were on their way. As I am prone to panicking and hypertension, this call was an act of real mercy. A huge contrast to so many non-responsive retail websites.

Bought a 20cm non stick frying pan - never used it without either butter or oil - washed with care.
After only few weeks of use, food is sticking to the pan.... Sent 2 emails over 2 weeks but no answer from customer service... Tried to call but they do not answer phone and it is impossible to leave a message (full box...)
Extremely disappointed with both product & customer service. Will not buy again or recommend.

The Chicken Curry was very nice when judged as just 'A meal'........But would have appreciated if a little more spice. Perhaps you can have another 'Grade' for those like myself who has lived in the Far East for years please.

I’m pretty careful with knives (an ex-chef, much to the amusement of my friends after this incident…). I was slowly trying to lever a newly purchased small kitchen knife out of its cheap and nasty plastic shell packaging when it suddenly slipped down out of the plastic cable tie I was trying to loosen in order to make enough room to cut it with scissors. Cut my finger deeply, severed artery nerve and tendon, required major surgery and months of Physio recovery.

Avoid this brand like the plague.
