Wilson Storage - Rowville Recenzje

Friendly helpful staff and affordable units with easy access

Jarod was the easier person ever to deal with and was very helpful

Helpful staff quick and easy set-up

Very very good

Your front line people are the ones that made life easy for me - I have had 3 storage units with you and the guy at the front desk has helped me every time so much his name is Jayden I think he is the best I am sure that’s his name but I can honestly say he is an asset for your co.

The early management was un helpful and positioned people with little room to get in or out.

Jarrod at Wilson Storage, Rowville showed nothing but kindness and respect in every way. When I signed up for my storage unit he produced a map of where it was and full access procedures which made me feel very secure in the decisions I had made.

Excellent service the whole place is always clean

I was provided great customer service by Karen making my experience positive

Staff are friendly and helpful.storage area is clean and tidy.

Very friendly. Very helpful and patient . Showed us around and explained the best options for our needs. And very prompt getting back to us concerning our enquire. Would definitely recommend this place

Service from the staff was excellent. Nick and Fi.

Premises are great, easy to move into unit. Trolleys etc.. readily available.

Starting out here was great and prices were competitive at the time. However the longer I was there the more my price was getting higher.

They would up the prices very often every couple of months I started here at $119 for small square space 3x3 I think and before I left I was paying $159 and had just got a letter upping it again by another $8

I have gladly left for public storage scoresby for bigger space and a promotion where I only pay half price for 4 months before reverting back to full price at only $100 .

I emailed at every price increase to plead my case of a long term customer and asked for price not to increase. They weren’t interested in holding onto a long term customer until I signed my new contract at public self storage and they offered to try and match the price of it was sent as a quote.

Original management were fantastic but once the change over they now price gouge
