Simple setup and good value
Lara and the office staff were courteous and efficient to very quickly set me up with a unit at short notice. Cost was very competitive and unit is clean and dry.

The staff at Wilson's are excellent - they will answer all your questions and take the time to show you how to use the site so that you can go straight in after hours without second guessing anything. I cannot thank them enough for their professional approach and I also got one month for free!! I thoroughly recommend them.

I've been at Kennards Newcastle West…
I've been at Kennards Newcastle West for 14 years putting up with substandard units in decrepit conditions now with disreputable management. Most recently I was in G25 adjacent the unreliable trip hazard elevator in dusty conditions that are respiratory and allergy health hazzards paying $309 a month for a first floor 4x3.
I finally came to my senses after not needing to be in that vicinity and looked for somewhere else. My partner and her kids have and/or have units at the Wilson Bennetts Green. They have never had a drama. Only positive experiences and feedback.
I ended up getting a spotlessly clean modern first floor 4.5 x 3 for only $199 a month. That's a $100 saving. Over the last four or more years I didn't need to be at Kennards Newcastle West I could have saved around $5,000.
Moving to the Wilson has literally been a breath of dust free fresh air. I no longer feel like I am paying a premium to be in a dirty Correctional Services type atmosphere and attitude. Heck, since I have been at Wilson they have even acid washed and pressure cleaned the driveway and parking area. Talk about a totally different level of customer service. Five stars!!!!

Wilson Storage costs are competitive and I love the second month free. The facilities are clean with easy access to the unit plus the staff are very friendly which makes all the difference.

Outstanding Customer Service
From the time we rented our first storage unit, expanded to 3 and reduced to 2 over the course of a few years, Lara at Bennetts Green was always understanding of our circumstances and had excellent customer service skills. With the increase in prices our responding exit from the facility also went smoothly. The facility is clean and well maintained.

From the moment I arrived at Wilson’s Storage in Bennetts Green, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and professionalism. The staff were warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my storage needs were fully met. In particular, Lara stood out for her exceptional customer service. She was not only friendly and approachable but also highly efficient and organised throughout the entire process.
Lara took the time to show me an available unit, which was immaculate and exactly what I needed. Her attention to detail and follow-up communication were second to none, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
