I have been very impressed with the quality of service provided by all the staff at Wilson 55. I think their online platform is first class and their communication is excellent on all matters.

Well, my dealings with Wilsons (as both buyer and seller) led me to their services (as buyer) once again! As on previous occasions I was not disappointed. I went to the viewing day - great layout and professional support - left a couple of bids, which were dealt with successfully. As a "plus" I went to collect my items today to witness great kindnesses being shown to a vulnerable person. It really touched me that not only was it evidence of their professionalism but humanity.

James Spiridion at Wilson55 in Cheshire was so helpful over several sales from October 2024 to January 2025: friendly & polite, professional, prompt and with attention to detail from the first discussion, through intermittent updates to final payment.

This was my first auction, I found the staff really helpful and polite from viewing through to me picking up my purchase, and then helped me with an additional purchase. I have bought two items from this auction house. The first was a black leather bag that came damaged, which was not represented in the auction images or description. I was offered a refund on return of the bag of a discount. I took the discount. In the last few weeks I bought a gold bangle, which came damaged (a ruby was missing). Again the auction image and description did not match the condition that the bangle came in. On this occasion they were only willing to offer me a full refund on return of the item. I am extremely disappointed that I have bought two consecutive items from this auction house that have have had problems. I will not be buying from Wilson55 again and I would urge others to do the same

I have now had two purchase experiences with this company, they are professional, and really helpful.
The second item I bought from them was damaged in the post, their response was great, they arranged for the item to be collected, and the money I paid to be put back in my account.
I can recommend them, and will certainly be dealing with them in the future.

I joined on line to bid for a picture. Peter was a brilliant Auctioneer, he made it interesting and informative. I didn't feel intimidated as it was my first auction.I bid and won a picture from my list. It was easy to arrange to pay and pick up.
The receptionist was very good at her job and knew where I had travelled from.
She got someone to carry the picture to my car as it was quite heavy. Thankyou Wilson 55 and I would join another auction with you.

I've brought many paintings (Northern Art) from this auction house. The auctioneer, Stephen Sparrow is excellent. Fees are reasonable compared to many and they do not add additional charge for using their in-house bidding platform.
