If I could put zero stars then thats what I would give this company. I purchased something from H&O direct on Wednesday 17th June. The item has been at this couriers depot for 1 week since Friday 19th June, with no indication as to when I will get my delivery. So I am assuming it is 'lost'. I'm having to buy the same item from a different company so I am out of pocket while I wait for my refund from H&O Direct. I have never heard of this courier before but I would advise anyone not to use them if they want to actually receive their deliveries. They are impossible to get hold of. No one answers the phone or replies to emails

Awful service, not delivered on time, still waiting, ‘tracking’ website is useless and doesn’t show any info.

Don’t deserve 1 star awful company waiting for my parcel should have been delivered 12th may no one knows where it is disgusting company

Extremely Rude!

Still waiting for a parcel that was shipped 25th March. No communication. Very poor service. If its not here by end of day tomorrow I will go back to the company I purchased from and claim back via my credit card.

Poor service no one answered phone was meant to receive my parcel days ago still haven’t got it

Whilst my goods were delivered within the designated timeframe the delivery driver was rude and extremely unhelpful. He left 2 of the 3 packages in the open doorway. When I asked him to move them he picked them up and slammed them down on the concrete step. Living & Home need to find a new delivery service.

I had a very good experience with their company, the driver answers all of my questions within minutes, he left it in my safe place and text me a photo too.
So on the whole, I had no issues whatsoever, great deliveryman.

Rude and disrespectful delivery driver lacked any concept of H & S and customer care and equally as rude customer service.

Waited all day for delivery, after having delivery text. 7pm came, no delivery
Text driver, parcels weren't loaded onto van! No updates and no idea where my delivery is or when it will be delivered.

Had my delivery for three days no delivery date confirmation. They donot answer their phone

I'm not happy with my service as they recieved my product a week ago and it still hasn't been dispatched rang up today and the number was a personal phone ..Something not right about them ..wouldn't use ever again
