Stefan and Josh were great throughout the funding process from start to finish. We had a few hurdles and unusual issues to deal with but Josh/Stefan found solutions and kept everyone accountable which in turn, got the deal over the line. Thanks again, Darren (Hansen Homes).

Worked alongside Stefan and Josh as they arranged a refurbishment loan for me, to finish a small development of 4 New Build Houses we are doing.

Given it was mid build, it was slightly more complex with strict lending criteria, but despite this, Stefan & Josh guided me through, liaised promptly with my solicitor, the lender and the lenders solicitor, and provided an all round fantastic service throughout the entire process.

I would highly recommend their services, and I look forward to working alongside them again in the near future on other projects.
