I regret ever trusting wildz!!. They took $5,400 from me and now won’t respond to any of my inquiries. The stress and anxiety are overwhelming. I feel completely deceived and scammed. This experience has been a nightmare and I just want my money back. How can they treat people like this??!

And the worst part is your money never surpasses your deposit amount. So much for that stupid nonsense of “game of chance”.

Extremely difficult to process a withdrawal. 5 days passed and they still haven’t reviewed my bank statement. I filed a complaint with AGCO and closed my account.

I have only good things to say about WILDZ casino. I mad my first deposit roughly a month ago and won $1500 in that session. Once I withdrew I had to verify which included me having to send in a colour printed copy of my bank statement. I was verified in less than 24 hours and also received my money I. That time. Less than a week ago I deposited $40 dollars and built that up to $2300. I withdrew and received my money within 3 hours! Which is fast compared to other casinos. I won the jackpot on big bass which I’ve always wanted to see.

As of now I have no complaints for this casino. Great game selection, and I’ve won a couple times.

I have been unable to get my withdrawal winnings out for weeks. It is obvious they are just delay tactics in the hopes the won't have to payout my winnings of 840$. The ask for the same verification multiple times despite already having it plus come up with ridiculous reasons such as to light of print, or numbers were wrong. I used chatGPT to learn what I can do. Chat gave me all kinds of regulator bodies to involve and complain to such as Consumer Protection Agency, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority; the Malta Gaming Authority; i Gaming of Ontario and WILD Z parent company, it also suggested going to the Media. All advice I am doing. Plus it gave me an outline of a complaint report so I just have to do it once and then hand it out to all regulatory authorities that should no about this criminal organization. I suggest everyone do the same so we can shut this fake casino down and hold those responsible to what the have coming to them before the courts both civil and criminal. Nothing but and evil group that needs to be punished. The are making all casinos look bad by their thefts of peoples hard earned money so I hope the Good Casinos also pick up the fight against these imposters.

This is probably one of the worst casino I played at, belive me when I say i tryed many casino.
The bonus got me interested, but it isn't what it seems to be read rules. it's a sticky bonus meaning if you deposit you have to play with that bonus play money and cannot withdrawl till you hit wager requirements. Now if you forfeit that bonus you foriet your deposit. Balence is zero so you pretty much gave you money to them watch out .....

I like to play live dealer black jack not so much slots but they restrict you to a max bet of 5 dollar.

Something seems very suspicious with RTP. When I signed up, the first 7 days I had a fairly even amount of win/loss days as well as mix of small wins and bigger wins- about three were a couple hundred dollars each.

After the welcome week ended and wagering requirements for bonus funds were met, everything changed.

Games that gave me a bonus round would suddenly kick me out before they completed. When those games resumed, the bonuses won were always very small-mostly less than $1 or less than $5 tops.

I went from having a mix of 3-4 win/loss days in my first week to 12 straight days of loss after that. I didn't change the way I play or the games I played or the wagers I made, so something seems very off considering the slots were usually 94.5% or higher RTP.

Also, it seems like the only time you win is when it's tied into bonus funds, such as the 'free spin' rewards they issue or the deposit match bonuses. Playing with real money, the results aren't the same.

I'd give it one star, but given the first 7 days experience figured that required a boost. I.e. payment method does not permit withdrawals; then I put in my other bank account details, customer support says minimum withdrawal amount is $20. I tried to withdraw $20.43 and then they changed their saying to
“NZ bank requires minimum of $100 for withdrawals”

Well hello I'm a current member of wildz casino where I was playing sometime last year in the end of the year and I forgot and on the chance I used my partners cash debit card and made a deposit of 40 dollars which in the end got seized and I had provided the correct information to emil a chat support colleague of wildz casino who accepted my information straight away but when it came to their processing team it seemed as if they never understood English before. I mean emil got me straight away and even said she would leave a note for me on my file and that she understood my situation. However I got the back end from the other work colleagues and the processing team. Was very angry and upset. Feel very heart ached. So I am unhappy with Victor romane Tom su. But extremely happy with emil. The processing team suxed as well they took their time answering me and never took time to follow emails note she left on file or the time to understand it. It's plain simple instructions to follow yet they still remained dum founded bloody nusences what they are trying to do is keep my deposit and I am not the only one who's had this done they should be closed or new workers the processing team and support chat team.

Horrible customer service. Probably 13 times in the past week and a half I've tried to claim my free spins from my deposit bonus and it says error.
