I am having serious trouble getting my funds from wildz casino and they are not following their own terms and conditions by any means. I deposited €500 and won €1800 from roulette. I tried to withdraw my funds, and then the issues with the casino began...

I sent in a bank statement, my driving license and an insurance document for proof of address. The casino had stated they accept bank statements and insurance documents for proof of address, but when I sent each of these in, they suspiciously removed each of them from the list of accepted documents. Then, they said not only do they need a utility bill, but it has to be in paper format (I've already explained at this stage, I don't pay the bills in my house), and it has to be less than ONE MONTH OLD. This is obviously entirely impossible for me to get, and I've explained this to them numerous times. Mica on live chat has been zero use, and literally just keeps saying I'm not getting my money until I provide a utility bill from the past month.

On their terms, they mention that they accept a bank statement and a insurance document, and they've obviously deliberately changed this to make it impossible for me, as they know I can't provide it.

Now I'm stuck without my funds and no way of accessing them. I honestly don't have a utility bill. I don't pay them!

I would love this matter to be sorted
