absolutely amazing customer service I paid for expedited shipping and they didn’t get here by the expedited shipping date and they refunded me for that shipping and then I received exactly what I was looking for and I’m very happy and we’ll work with them again
Bought a pair of cowboy boots on black friday. I also managed to order wrong size, but customer service sorted that out and shipped my correct size super fast. No issues. The boots were perfect. As good as it gets 👍
I purchased a pair of Rock n Roll men's jeans on November 25th 2025. The jeans were listed as Men's Vintage '46 Bootcut Denim Jeans RRMD0SRZS6 - 32 / 38 /. I went back and noticed in the main description once opened that the style then said regular, relaxed and double barrel. So I started to panic and emailed customer service asking which style these jeans I bought were because I didn't want them if they weren't bootcut. I emailed them the same day I paid. I received a reply 48 hours later nearly and what I got was this - "Hello Brandon,

So no real help there. Instead of going to the shelves of jeans and figuring this out and cancelling the order as they have wrongly described their product , they tell me just wait and when you get them figure it out for yourself. So shocking-no surprise when I received them they were definitely not bootcuts no not at all, they are relaxed straight fit so I contact cust service again and tell them about the problem and again it takes over 24 hours to get a reply. With no apologies given to me they basically say well I can return them or exchange them . With me paying shipping to return. Keep in mind that the rock n roll jeans sale is going on through all this and I'm watching all the jeans disappear as they are taking 24 to 48 hrs between responses to emails. I told them this they did not care one bit. Instead of doing the correct thing and just sending me out the correct jeans for my troubles, and saying donate or keep the ones we sent in error they told me to send back the other pair and once received they would process my refund with nothing else offered. So I'm out the cost of jeans , I missed the entire sale of the brand I love and I'm stuck with the jeans that was bought only due to a error on their part. Not ok. I won't be shopping here ever again. You have been warned
Yes I received a snap button shirt today not the quality I expected for $90 the Indian printing on the back is faded does not look nothing like the picture on the wild west boot store website try contacting no answer try to chat waited in chat for 20 minutes nobody answered never will buy another thing from them
Absolute worst customer service, I bought over $200 of jeans and shirts, everything was great, except on shirt arrived stained, I contacted them within 12 days of delivery notifying them, they said u had to contact in 24 hours which is laughable, they refused a return, exchange, refund, anything claiming “it didn’t ship that way”
I ordered two pairs of Hilo shoes and a pair of boots. The boots arrived and so did one pair of the shoes. The company claims that the other pair of shoes were sent in the same package as the boots, but it was never in there. There was zero damage to the package or anything like that, basically I don’t believe that they even sent the shoes in the first place. I contacted them by email and asked for them to investigate this, and after a “thorough“ investigation, they replied that I need to take it up with UPS. So basically I’m out $40 for a pair of shoes that I was really excited about, and this company has terrible customer service. Do not buy from them. Ever.
First of all, I ordered a bunch of items which we never received. I paid an extra $32 for the insurance and to have myself sign for it. They say it was left at my door no signature. I asked my neighbor is nowhere around but now that I paid for insurance, I’m trying to. Get a refund they give me the runaround. They haven’t returned my emails. They don’t answer the phone now. I’m gonna give them till the end of the day then I’m gonna have to call my credit card company. I think it’s better to go into a place instead of doing online
I ordered a pair of boots despite the bad reviews on trustpilot. Turned out great. I had some questions regarding shipping, which I sent by e-mail. They answered in a few hours.
Ordered an item on Saturday afternoon, it shipped out first thing Monday and arrived by Wednesday! The item was exactly was I was looking for and a better price then other stores. Will definitely be shopping here again!!

Ordered some great-looking jeans for my partner. Horrific postage costs (£60) but nobody sells similar in the UK. Emailed to check the size beforehand. Jeans were absolutely not as described on the website or as confirmed by email: completely wrong measurements everywhere, from inside leg to rise to waist, so they don't fit. Returned (at our expense) and they don't feel the need to refund the postage despite lying about the clothes. Out about £75 and very, very annoyed at the unconcerned, uncaring nature of their communications and business practices. Next step is reclaiming the postage through Mastercard and reporting to the US BBB.
Absolutely fantastic selection of western boots - you can't fail to find the perfect pair at this store. However, their customer service wasn't quite so impressive.
As shipping for one pair of boots was £80, we ordered 2 pairs of boots @ £92 postage fees. Having bought boots from the US before we knew that there would be customs charges so assumed at this price, customs charges were included but they weren't. When we queried this, we were told it was made clear in the FAQs! We have suggested a note at the actual checkout prior to payment would be more helpful.
Although shown as in stock when we placed the order online, one of the pairs was not available - we received a very vague refund e-mail but it wasn't clear exactly what we were being refunded for. We weren't asked if we wanted to cancel the order or select a different pair instead, they just despatched one pair. We then had to chase them to refund the difference in postage for sending the reduced order.
So sadly, due to the lack of customer care we've experienced (it's isn't always what you say, but how you say it), we won't be purchasing from them again.

So, that will be the cost for the outbound shipping on the exchange as well. It if cost you $20 to ship it to us, then that will be $20 plus the $41.33 outbound shipping.
