If you need help, customer service won’t be there
I had issues with shipping with them, they sent out an excuse 3 days beyond my actual email, when I followed up to that email, I was ignored. The item eventually came, but god forbid something goes wrong in the process. They are unhelpful and curt. It’s really unfortunate their customer service is so bad because despite me liking the piece, I’ll never purchase from them again because I can’t take that risk, knowing they aren’t proactive. I waited a week for a response before deciding to post this.
Edit: I will say though, most concerns over zippers mentioned are misguided. They send out like 20 different messages about watching a video to make sure you know how to properly handle the garment. It was actually one of my complaints to them because they have time for these automated emails to continue to spam me, but no human can actually get back to me.
It’s so crazy how you guys have time to reiterate the same lie when I already addressed it in the email you never replied to. The spam was all unique emails there was no duplicate. My order was placed before Easter if it was actually packed and shipped before the holiday it would’ve still been moving through the network during the Easter weekend. You cannot blame your delayed packing on a holiday when the order was placed BEFORE the holiday
