I was watching YouTube and some men’s…

I was watching YouTube and some men’s clothes came up with a bar code to order. 6 outfits for $29.99. I showed my son. I placed an order for him. Then it said get 6 more for $9.99 extra and he paid $2 for the insurance. The company name was glowtempo. That was on 8/13/2026 and it said 2-3 Business days. We haven’t seen or heard anything! When we try to contact them there is no response. Is that not against YouTube for letting them advertise scams? And I see them on there every day! It seems that they would at least take it down!

Aggravated & Frustrated - Worst Customer Service Ever!

I ordered a shirt from this company not knowing they ship from China! I tracked the package and it said that it was delivered on August 23, 2026, and I never received the package. I sent email after email with the same automated response telling me that my ordered was delivered! And it keeps telling me to write above a line to reply and we all know that's not possible. You have to use the reply feature associated with Gmail. Frustrated and aggravated!! I want a refund. What a scam and everywhere that I can, I will warn others not to purchase anything from this company!! And don't be FOOLED by their responses to your review -- they say to send an email to their "dedicated" email and they promise to take care of it! Not true! It's an email address that sends automated responses and a continuous loop of the same answer that resolves nothing! It's a Scam people - BEWARE! I reported them to the FTC!

“Fall is My Favourite Colour”-SCAM

If I could put 0 stars I would. The ad showed actual raised beautiful t-shirt in regular t-shirt material with beautiful raised embroidery. What I got was a cheap looking polyester shirts with the picture printed on it… no embroidery. I have sent a complaint to their customer service asking for a full refund or else I am filing a complaint with PayPal for false advertising. I am waiting to hear back.

This is an update: The company DID refund my money quickly. But my point is this… STOP enhancing your ads to something the item IS NOT. IF you are showing a beautiful cotton blend t-shirt with actual RAISED embroidery then that is what I should be receiving. Smarten up and do honest advertising.

Horrible company a true SCAM my order never arrived it was listed as delivered I sent multiple email to customer service and they all went unanswered I'm glad it was only 29.00 SCAM......

I placed an order over a month ago and…

I placed an order over a month ago and was tracking every step from say one, all the way until my order supposedly arrived at a local delivery service agency. Today, I checked tracking, and it is showing that the order was delivered a week ago. I have not received it. My daughter ordered from AliExpress weeks after me, and received her order already. I will never order from Wearcinder again. BEWARE! I want a refund!

Ordered over one month ago

Ordered over one month ago, was sent tracking information the entire month. Then as soon as it said items were at my town postal office it took one more day then said items leaving post office for delivery…( I’m only 5 miles away) all of a sudden when I checked tracking …the Paige wasn’t found! Emailed multiple times for refund with no response!!! Complete scam stay away!!!! 😡

Updated reply: I have sent 3 separate emails regarding this matter! If this company was going to make good on this order They would’ve contacted me directly instead of on the this review thread…🤷🏻‍♀️ buyer beware

Issue with sizing but rectified promptly

Had an issue with sizing, as two of the same products came up differently. Great customer service, replied very quickly and offered to send a replacement, which arrived very quickly. Very happy with the items also.

SCAM!!!

Ordered product over a month ago and still have not received items. The tracking number they sent to me says item was delivered over a week ago. It never arrived. I sent them an email requesting the issue to be resolved and I have not heard back from them. Buyer beware.

UPDATE: I reached out to their customer service about this issue and they claim they do not see my order in their system...despite several screen shots that I provided them proving the order was placed through their company. Its only $30 im out but this is a company that I do not recommend you do business with. They will be out of business pretty soon.

This is a follow-up to an earlier post. After getting 16 generic emails from the company named wearcinder, they decided that I never ordered from them and are refusing to make good on their missing product that was never delivered and they are refusing to reimburse me my money. I've sent them tracking numbers and an order confirmation number and they still say i never ordered. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

This is a Chinese company that uses…

This is a Chinese company that uses multiple sites making you think they are indigenous, western or whatever. And claim they are located in Canada, the USA or again whatever. You will most likely get your merchandise in 4 to 5 weeks. But no customer support.

This company has to be a scam along…

This company has to be a scam along with glowtempo .com I bought there items from both companies and never received my orders just a tracking number thats says it's somewhere here no location or carrier when you look up the tracking number on another tracking site it says not found ,really if these are not legit companies then they need to be stop and sued for false advertising, for putting ads out just to get you to buy things when there just taking your money and your never going to receive your order

I placed an order on 7/6/26. the company had a New Jersey address so I believed it would be here in a timely fashion. It is not clear to purchasers that it is coming from overseas. I am still waiting for my purchase

company very receptive

company very receptive, told me had stores in the UK, products look very high end.. then they send you cheap chinese junk. i specifically asked where it shipped from and they told me uk, the 6 shirts i paid almost $200 for, i would not even pay 10$ for total, absolute garbage quality. id be embarrassed to wear any of this. it is screen printed on garbage polyester fabric, not high end cotton blend like they describe.

Already wore it out

Already wore it to dinner, then noticed why it looked better than most short sleeve button shirts I try. The collar stays put, the embroidered trim lies flat, and the fabric had barely any harsh unpacking smell. Cut runs a touch roomy through the middle, though not sloppy.

Nothing much to note honestly

First thing I checked was the stitching near the sleeves, since the last one I got somewhere else had threads poking out everywhere—this one’s cleaner for sure. Can’t say it feels thick or thin, just regular weight, sits on the table the same as my usual tees.
