Wight Wheels Mobility Recenzje

It was a pleasure doing business with Wight Wheels. They helped me choose the correct machine it was explained nicely plus delivered and collected in a friendly manner

Hired a scooter for my Mom for 5 days and service was fabulous from start to finish. We picked up scooter as we were half an hour away and returned it. On collection full instruction on how to use it, How to dismantle and fit it in the car boot and charging it. It worked well up the hills at Blackgang Chine and enabled my 83 year old Mom to enjoy all of it with ease. This made our trip so much easier and we highly recommend using them. We most definitely would, very reasonable and returned our deposit on day we dropped scooter back 😊

Would definitely recommend this company for hiring mibility scooters. Delivery and pick up of the mibility scooter which helped so much. Clear instruction on how to use the mobility scooter. Professional and friendly and excellent communication. Would use this company again. Thank you so much.

Good ,friendly communication and flexible with arrangements. Same day return of deposit on returning Scooter. Hassle free. Excellent Service

Amazing business. They dropped off at our pick up location and came fully charged, rainier and everything needed. Handed and cheap definitely worth the money if needing to rent out. Once I dropped it off, they refunded the deposit straight away.

The only negative is that we could do with instructions on how to fully dissemble the wheelchair as we struggled getting it in the car first time.

Friendly and helpful staff who provided a prompt five star service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant friendly service and prompt refund of security deposit. Scooter was delivered to our hotel before we arrived. It was perfect for our needs. We will definitely use Wight Wheels Mobility when we next visit the Isle of Wight. Thank you.

A Brilliant service, Easy to book, delivery prompt. Clear helpful instructions provided beforehand. Deposit returned promptly and without having to ask. Definitely will use this service again

Great price, service ,delivery & pick up from site and full explanation on how to put together with a smile .Takes a deposit before hand but didn’t mind due to knowing others break things and it costs to replace
Well recommended

Very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended

Excellent service & very accommodating. Would use again.

All round top notch service. Easy to book, delivery prompt. Top quality scooter with full instructions provided beforehand ( which is unusual). Deposit returned promptly and without having to ask. Definitely will use again.

We recently booked a transit chair for our trip to the Isle of Wight. The chair was delivered ahead of our arrival to the reception of our holiday park and it was in perfect condition. We just needed to drop it back to reception before our departure. The whole process was simple and we would definately recommend Wight Wheels and wouldn't hesitate on using them again.

Really helpful and accommodating business who provided us with a wheelchair for long term use on a week to week basis. Looking after local people as well as holiday makers. Thank you very much.

Excellent service. Scooter was waiting for us on our arrival at Bembridge. Well maintained scooter.
Pleasant people to deal with. I can highly recommend this company.

Originally spoke to a really helpful lady on the phone who helped me with choosing the correct scooter to hire for mum whilst at the hotel. Scooter was there as promised, I had been emailed the instructions on how to use it, fold it up etc prior to using it. Scooter worked really well, was in lovely clean condition, was easy for mum to use and was such a great price too. I would definitely recommend using this company, they are so helpful and gives you great peace of mind.

Hired a self - propelled wheelchair. Great condition , even had a comfortable cushion.
True family run caring business, very professional- will use again & totally recommend their great service .

Brilliant, faultless service. We hired a boot scooter after the difference between all the scooters being explained. Communication was excellent with a video being sent for instructions on how to dismantle the scooter, which was so helpful!
The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived at our accommodation. We will definitely be using them again.

Hired a scooter from Ian due to my mum’s health issues preventing her from walking any distance and we wanted to holiday on the Isle of Wight. They explained the difference between a boot scooter and a bigger scooter; the boot scooter looked perfect. Communication were excellent. The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel, instructions were clear. The scooter was a dream, so much so that my mum’s considering buying her own! We ‘walked’ all down the esplanade in Ryde, went to the proms, garlic festival - all things she would have struggled to do without the scooter. It’s been fabulous, thanks! And really reasonable hire prices too.

My mobility problems have made me reluctant to holiday with my family due to the constraints my condition would create. However, Wight Wheels provided an opportunity to reconsider by using equipment they provide.
From initial contact, they have offered very supportive and professional advice resulting in my hiring one of the “scooters” which has enabled me to fully participate in most of my families holiday activities.
I will have no hesitation in making use of their services again should an occasion arise, or to recommend the Company to anyone else in a similar situation. W.Hockett
