Total scam. Ordered an item the end of August. It began tracking in September then disappeared 9/20 I emailed several times finally got a response which said they were sending another item out. I repeatedly asked for tracking or any information whatsoever they just kept sending the same response "sorry for your inconvenience we have sent another item out we cannot refund you…"It is now December still no item still no refund. I have disputed it with my credit card because I obviously fell for their scam.

Ordered a package from widespreadk.com. I got a message with tracking, and could follow the package all the way to Norway, before tracking stopped updating.
I’ve sent alot of email asking for status updates, but always receive an answer asking me to wait another couple of days.
It has now almost been 3 months and still no news.
I can see another review for this company stating the exact same issue.

Koop hier niets! Mijn bestelde artikel is nooit geleverd en de neppe track and trace was ineens niet meer te volgen. Meerdere keren contact gehad en kreeg steeds het bericht dat ik geduld moest hebben. Bijna 3 maanden later nu. Gelukkig had ik met Paypal betaald en kon ik mijn geld terugkrijgen. Criminelen zijn het!
