I got better cover for £200 cheaper than my renewal, even after discussing my current insurer to get a better price.

Rubbish avoid at all costs, so quick to take your money, failed to accept my other bike NCD despite both policies being with Aviva, then tried to stiff me up with a new sky high quote and then refused to repay me back the full amount when I refused this new scandalous quote, lost £90 in less than 24 hours with these insurance sharks. Don't touch them.

Had to cancel motorcycle insurance within a couple of days and they charged £60 on a £93 policy!!!

Bought a "Laid Up" policy, just don't understand why I had to jump through a load of hoops to provide my driving license details, when I could own the bike and store it in my garage without having ever ridden a motorcycle.

Otherwise, process was straightforward.

Cant fault them! Had my renewal through for my BMW and it had gone up by what I considered excessive. Came acrross Wicked Quotes on a comparison web site and the quote was less than I'd paid last year. Being aware that you usually get what you pay for I called them and being pedantic went though all the details of the cover. They ansered eash question and only one question the operator refered to his supervisor to clarify. I duly paid up and sent the requested documents. Withing a few hours I had a reply saying I'd not sent one of the required documents, which was true. I'd forgot to attatch it! My fault. Email recieved within hours to say now recieved and all sorted. Cant fault them. Thankyou!

Great price for the insurance and easy comms. though you must supply a number of documents that they ask for before the insurance is accepted.

Jumping through loops with needing your national insurance number,
Gov website needed to view driving licence even after I photographed it back and front,
Proof of no claims is fair enough.
Cancelled as it was too much hassle.

I've just taken out insurance and paid the deposit, my insurance doesn't start till the beginning of next month, I did the quote on a compare site so was pretty easy, also the information they ask for is pretty clear with what you need to provide, a quick link a few documents and confirmation sorted so happy days, customer service from Rachel was brilliant very clear with information

Cancelled my policy after 1.5 days , think £50 admin and £30 charge for 1.5 days is a total rip-off, the whole policy was only £160 , never use this company again.

Just used these for the first time. The price was fantastic and they were very proffesional..no idea how they are when you make a claim as I've not had one yet and dont want one yet!! Lol..so well done guys. Thx a million

Easy transaction to get motorcycle insurance and competitive rates. Feel professional with ensuring all documentation is provided. Good communication. Not had to use for comments about service but hopefully not need to.

Good realistic prices and feel I'm not been ripped off.
Do feel that personal information required ( driving licence information via DVLA, NCD and copy of driving licence) a little over kill.

A lot of faff to get insurance.
Too many personal detail requests.
Never had to justify my CLEAN license through DVLA before or provide a utility bill.
We shall see, hope I don't crash the bike as they will probably ask for the shirt off my back.
